It's difficult to set up follow up appointments with the Dr at times. But when you see him her is very professional and takes his time explaining things to you.

Very kind takes time to listen. Gets u in as soon as possible. Best Dr. in town. Wish he would except Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Our grandson lives with us we are his guardian until 18. I’d like him to be his Dr. my husband and I go there. ????

Always has the time that a patient needs to have questions answered. Friendly and knowledgeable with a very caring and compassionate attitude.

Dr. Ciechna is my primary care doctor. Whatever I need, from sinus problems to thyroid issues, he is there to help! Extremely attentive to my needs. Listens to what I have to say, without cutting me off ...because doctors always think they know what you're going to say before you complete your sentence. Nurses and Office personnel are WONDERFUL, a true pleasure to speak with!! Dr. Ciechna is my primary care doctor. Whatever I need, from sinus problems to thyroid issues, he is there to help! He's a nice man and he'll listen to your concerns but if you have any serious health issues, I wouldn't recommend him. He would be best visited for sore throats and bad colds, just the basic illnesses, nothing too complicated.
