I have been a patient of Dr. Duca's since 2012 after I slipped in the tub. He immediately relieved the tightness in my neck that prevented me from moving my head to the right. After many years of having "positional vertigo" several times a year, which no other dr. could relieve, I consulted Dr. Scott Duca. Oh my! After the first visit my vertigo was gone, my neck was more flexible, and I felt better than I had in months. I was truly amazed at the results. I highly recommend Dr. Duca for vertigo symptoms.

Dr. Scott is awesome! He helped me a lot with my cervical vertigo. I am able now to turn my neck without extreme pain and my dizziness got a lot better than when we started the therapy. I was in bad shape when I first arrived at Dr Duca's office. I was barely walking, within the first few days I got immediate relief!! I'm so glad that I went, I'm walking proof that he knows what he's doing!!

Dr. Duca is not only a fantastic chiropractor (I’ve seen plenty), but a man with integrity. He has been “keeping me straight” for over 20 years now. I came to see him recently because of intense TMJ pain. When I say intense, I mean the worse pain of my 41 years living. I suffered this injury from getting a few fillings done. After more than a week of pain and my dentist giving me zero pain meds, she referred me to a “TMJ Specialist” in Homewood. I thought for sure this was my answer for relief. I am not a whiner, a complainer, or a weakling, but I had to call around to friends to get someone to drive me to this “TMJ Specialist” because moving my eyeballs it neck made me pretty much drop to my knees in pain. (I was headed to the emergency room when my dentist said that this woman could fit me in right then.) In tears I went to this appointment, endured and suffered through a TWO-HOUR-long exam costing $500. It was brutal, but many promises where made about a treatment plan that would insure this pain never came back. I was on board!!! I was all on that train. Now give me some help, some relief!! It was the kind of pain that made you think of a car hitting you head on being a good thing, like at least you’d be “pain free”. I was then left in the room by the lady TMJ Specialist and an office lady came in the room with me to explain that the treatment would cost $3,900.00. You heard me, I didn’t stutter. I was told that unless I signed a paper stating that I would pay that amount over the course of 4 months, I would be given NO treatment. None. No treatment when I am at my absolute worst, paying $500 to get “examined” for 2 hours with zero pain medication. I burst into tears and left the office to get to my friend in the parking lot where I experienced a full blown panic attack. It was intense. I cried SO hard. It hurt SO bad. Now, after seeing a medical doctor for ACTUAL pain relief later that afternoon (thank God someone could see me), I made an appointment with Dr. Scott Duca in Homewood for the next day, and he is probably less than a mile from that “TMJ Specialist”. The relief given to me by the doctor had taken the edge off to the point I could move my eyes without so much pain and safely drive myself to see Dr. Duca, even though my neck was frozen stiff. Dr. Duca adjusted my neck and put me on electric stim for a few minutes. ???????? LET ???????? ME ???????? Tell ???????? YOU, I walked out of his office with full range of motion in neck AND jaw, as well as a 50% decrease in pain from when I walked in. The next day I came in again, this time I was even better and about 80% decrease in pain from what I had two days prior. Life was now manageable as my body healed! I continued to take meds and get chiropractic adjustments for a full week until the only pain left was tooth pain from the dang fillings. It was a month of pain, suffering, and unimaginable hardship physically and emotionally. It’s taken me a while to even be able to talk about it or type it without tears! Dr. Duca is a God send! I have had severe pain for several years. I have had multiple failed surgeries from a fusion to a spinal cord stimulator and nothing was working. Within a WEEK of seeing Dr. Duca I went from being in 9/10 pain and feeling like a statue to a 2/10 and able to move my body again. Dr. Duca is outstanding—thorough and knowledgeable. The office location is convenient, parking is easy and I don’t have to wait more than a couple minutes before I’m seen for an appointment. I first saw him three years ago after a car accident. The pain and limited movement from the accident, he completely remedied, plus some other pains I didn’t realize I had until they were gone. I still see him periodically now for maintenance and adjustments. I’m 7 months pregnant and he has kept my low back pain to a minimum. I had migraines for my entire life. I was taking prescription drugs daily as well as abortive pain pills for migraines everyday. I had seen a headache specialist who wanted to try Botox, but after reading the side effects I wanted to try one last thing. I had been to the ER numerous times this year. Since seeing Dr. Duca two months ago I have not taken a single thing other than two Tylenol occasionally! He has changed my life! Anyone with migraine headache should see him immediately!
