I had been going to this doctor for years. Constantly. Telling him for years that something was not right. It was not until I found a new doctor that I was diagnosed with hemochromatosis. I have been a patient of Dr Hadden at Aumsville Medical Clinic for years. I love him and his medical assistant. In all the years I have been going there I have seen almost every provider in that office and their assistants. They are all amazing and I have never once had an issue. This clinic literally goes out of their way to get myself or my family seen in a timely fashion when needed and always listens to my concerns. I would highly recommend Aumsville to anyone you asks. I have been a patient of Dr Hadden at Aumsville Medical Clinic for years. I love him and his medical assistant. In all the years I have been going there I have seen almost every provider in that office and their assistants. They are all amazing and I have never once had an issue. This clinic literally goes out of their way to get myself or my family seen in a timely fashion when needed and always listens to my concerns. I would highly recommend Aumsville to anyone you asks.

Dr. Hadden sees my whole family. He takes his time to explain things and talk about concerns. Have not had a problem in the two years we have seen him. However there is one receptionist that is pretty rude everytime i call. If it were easier to get my spouse to see the doctor i would switch just to avoid her all together.

Dr. Hadden has his own homeopathic agend. His medical assistant is cold, rude and unprofessional. She showed no compassion, concern or care for my problem. She misrelayed information to the doctor which cause great confusion and frustration. I now dread calling when I have a problem due to the treatment and judgement of her.

I was early for a 11 am appointment, however I was seen approximately 20 minutes later. I was then asked to complete a questionnaire about my personal drug & alcohol abuse, which apparently mandatory. The purpose of my visit was to simply get a order for some x-rays, and hopefully get some relief for my chronic back and foot pain. Which was been bothering me off and on for weeks. The guy does not listen to a word you tell him, and is an expert on absolutely nothing in the medical field in my opinion. He asked me, "why are you seeking the help of a pain care specialist". I just thought to myself, "because obviously you cannot provide me any medical assistance whatsoever". Apparently, Aumsville must have a really bad prescription drug addiction problem... Or Dr. Hadden is simply a faith healer. Because, once again I have wasted time and money commuting all the way to Aumsville and being told to take Motrin for chronic pain. I explained to him that I couldn't get an appointment with the specialist for at least 2 weeks... I didn't appreciate the run around, or the voice mail I received hours later telling me to use OTC pain relievers. I have been doing so already, IT'S NOT WORKING!!!
