Dr. MacDonald listens very well, and I trust his judgement and advice. I like that he supports the MyChart patient record, and when I ask questions or need drug refills I can ask online, and he has always quickly responded. I rarely wait more than a few minutes to be called back to the exam room.

This was one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He did not listen to anything I said and he was very rude and judgmental. No one needs a doctor with a bad attitude and no common sense when they are seeking help. You are better off looking elsewhere for quality care because this doctor has little experience and lacks basic common courtesy to treat you with the respect that all patients deserve.

Dr. MacDonald is compassionate, sits and listens to you, does not jump to conculsions and truly cares about his patients.
