My father was referred to this Dr. Nightingale by his dentist. My father eagerly drove over to schedule his appointment as he really needed treatment. He scheduled his appointment and went on his way. He then received a letter claiming that in 2000 my mother had treatment and there was an unpaid balance. I asked for a record of statements sent and phone calls made and all the lady on the phone could say was there was a balance of $1000 and it was unpaid. My parents have paid every bill on time their whole life and this lady would not acknowledge that they possible or potentially made an error. She continuously repeated you owe $1000 dollars. She knew it even though she did not work there in 2000. She should not be in medical because patient health is important.
