Good luck getting your refund from them. My mom had surgery back in January and Melissa has been giving her the runaround ever since. They owe her over $1000.

He was a good surgeon as far as fixing my rotator cuff but is very arrogant. I was asked to pay over $2000 for my surgery and they have only partially refunded my money. They filed an appeal and it’s been finished since July. Now they are telling me it takes 6 weeks to process a refund that I have been asking for since July. I keep leaving messages and my calls are not being returned. My advice is DO NOT use this doctor or surgery group. I don’t have the time to keep constantly calling for MY money. Dr Petrie is the best. He's been my orthopedic for many years. He has had to put me back together several times and is about to replace my left knee. I wouldn't trust anyone else. His staff is always kind and helpful.

So far so good! Everyone from the front desk to the doctor's are always polite and helpful and i especially think dr petrie is great! I had surgery at the end of August and am getting better daily and have hope again! I would definitely recommend him and use him again if needed. So far..nothing to complain about

I've always had good experiences there, but right now they are hardly following Covid guidelines. None of the receptionists will wear a mask. The nurses do, but Dr. Petrie doesn't. The waiting room crammed full of people. I will not be returning while this pandemic continues.

Been with Dr. Petrie for over 3 years. He promised to keep me off of the operating table as long as possible and has done a great job. Now, it's time for the hip to be replaced and Dr. Petrie will be doing it for me. He's great, kind, very courteous and takes the time to explain what's going on and all of the options available. In this day and age, you couldn't ask for better care than what Dr. Petrie has provided me!

Has done all he's promised to help with my hip. Will be having Dr. Petrie replace my hip next month

Dr. Scott is a excellent Doctor. He really cares for his patients. He takes time to really get to know his patients. I. Highly recommended him.

Dismissive of my symptoms, quick to judge me & belittled not only me, but care that was given to me by prior physicians. Refused to acknowlege my symptoms & concerns. Ordered PT & sent me on my way, feeling humiliated & at a loss. I’m glad I followed my instincts that something is wrong. I followed up with my primary care doctor and now seeing a Rheumatologist for a serious, debilitating condition. If you broke your arm, this guy is fine. Beyond that, don’t bother.

Awesome staff & Dr’s

Very pleased with my appointment. Finally a doctor that cares for his patient. Had x ray on site before I seen his very nice nurse practitioner and really cared about listen to my problems. Again very pleased.

Had very good treatment on my left knee through Dr. Petrie as well as his physician's assistant, David. I was able to hold my symptoms at bay for a while with injections, but eventually needed surgery. Everything was professional and I would highly recommend Dr. Petrie and his staff.

I had a partial hip replacement in 2011. I ask before we went in to surgery if we could pray. His response was very gruffly I pray every morning. That is fine so what was the problem praying again? Then I found out I was the last surgery of the day. Then he was off on vacation with his new wife. No problem right? Wrong he was in such a hurry too leave he screwed up my surgery. I now have one leg shorter than the other. No big deal to them. I confronted them with my problem response we calabrate it. I said well your calabrations must have been wrong. Got all huffy with me. Since then I had to go to a padiotrest I let him tell me if one leg was shorter than the other. He said yes my hips are off my knees are off. I knew then I was not dreaming this up. in the meanwhile I have developed severe back problems plus my left legs gives me a great deal of pain. Reason I lemp. I had a knee scope for a torn meniscus and he did okay on put side but still hurt like hell so i went get another mri and started ? Him on why the mri still showing a tear well needless to say thats were the frickshon started. Then call for refill on med the nurse treated me as of i was a drug addict had to make a appointment pay 50 co pay and thats all they did was right my script which was un gare to pay 50 co pay just to get script. With the way the nurse treated me i found another doc and had another scope a low and behold a torn meniscus. Sew it up next day after scope no pain at all Dr David pope is great and no bs. I started seeing Dr Petrie a few months ago and starting off his bedside manners are Excellent. Then as we discussed my various medical conditions relating to Shoulder, Back and Neck, Dr Petrie was very engaged, took many notes and developed an action/treatment plan to address my concerns. If I had a constant concern we immediately tried medication and or X-rays or MRI to determine the root of my problem. He is very thorough, honest and straight to the point.

This clinic is full of jokes. Scheduled me with a doctor that was not in network with my insurance and now I'm stuck with an $800 bill

Dr Petrie is great! Very patient, spends lots of time with you, explains everything thoroughly! His staff is great too - polite and very helpful!!

I WANT EVERY ONE TO KNOW I HAVE HAD BACK SURGERY AND LEG AND A FEW OTHERS. BUT THIS TIME I HAD KNEE SCOPE AND THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTOR I EVER WENT TO. DOCTOR EXPLAINS EVERYTHING VERY WELL. IT HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPRENCE WITH A DOCTOR I EVER HAD. I WOULD RECOMEND HIM TOO ANY ONE. DR. PETRIE IS AN AWSOME DOCTOR AND CARES VERY MUCH

The doctor and nurses were nice but the front office staff is horrible! On my first and only visit they made me pay up front, before being seen, the remainder of my insurance deductible of $181.00 even though I should only owe a $40 copay and was only being seen for an office visit. When I asked why I had to prepay my deductible I was rudely informed that it was their office policy and they are a pay as you go clinic and that I can pay or go! I went ahead and paid them knowing that I would end up with a credit that could later be refunded to me. It has now been over a month since I was seen and my insurance has notified my that they paid everything but my $40 copay. I have been trying for 2 weeks to call the office to request my refund but the front desk receptionist keeps giving me the run around and I can not get any of the multiple voicemail messages I've left for the Billing Department, which consists of only 1 woman named Marcie, and also message left for Office Manager, Denise, returned. Last year, my daughter visited this clinic to get a checkup on her foot. We had to pay before seeing the doctor(Dr. M. Copple), regardless of our good insurance. This clinic forced us to pay $200. I heard that the doctor was nice. Anyway, I have now found out that I am only responsible for $13.30. Today, I went to this clinic to get an explanation about this discrepancy at 12:40pm, but I was told that the billing person went to lunch and the receptionist told me that she would return around 1 or 1:30pm, so I decided to wait to see her. Finally, after a long wait, the receptionist called me and told me that the billing person went to a conference. The receptionist said that she doesn't know when the conference would end, either. I felt like they were ignoring me and avoiding me. I only wanted the explanation... She gave me phone # for the billing person, but as I expected, I was only greeted by the answering machine. Anyway, I made an appointment with her for tomorrow. I am not sure I could see her, but I will try... This clinic has a very bad policy...Just find another place to go to. his understanding of the problem you are having and how he goes about treating it. also bed side manners are just so great that he must have with to school for this as i see so many doctors being rude to the patient. ko-dos to you for learning such good beside manners doc. and yes i would highly e=recommend him to anyone.

I never saw Dr. Petrie, only a MA, although I did pay to see a physician So when I fell and hurt my foot severly I specifically asked for a visit with him and was told I had an overdue payment of over $100 that would need to be made before I could see him. I spoke with the insurance company who said I only owed $59.30 from a deductible. Ochsner Clinic was glad to see me. Thanks Oschsner! Answered all my Questions thoroughly and completely. Staff was extremely helpful. I felt that the care given was excellent and will definitely recommend Dr Petrie to all my family and friends.
