The doc is ok, but the office is the absolute worst. One of the options when you call is “leave a name and number and we’ll get back to you by the end of the next business day”. Hasn’t happened yet. They consistently lose records and prescriptions. Took a very long time for my wife to get her BIPAP script sent to the vendor. Just don’t understand how an office can be run so poorly. I had to switch - it was just too much.

Still waiting for c-pap unit that was prescribed By Dr Rosenberg on September 30, 2020 to be actually sent to vendor. They keep telling me it was or will be sent. Called vendor three times and as of October 26, 2020 They say still have no record of me or my Rx. How hard is it to fax a Rx and verify that it was received and in process for a patient. I have called office many times and they first assured me it was sent and another Two times they will resend it. Loosing sleep is not fun. To be continued...
