I been going here for years. The employees are always nice and helpful. Dr Smith is very nice. There's never a long wait. If you have any issues with your glasses, they are always helpful in remedying whatever the issue may be and if possible, fixing it on site. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Dr. Smith and his staff are the definition of Beaver County values and service. They treat their patients like family and the connections run deep. They care about your vision and eye health and send you on your way without trying to sell you anything that you don’t need.

5 stars doesn't come close!! There are very few people that you can count on when it comes to your health and something as delicate as your vision especially with my career. Dr Smith is ???? absolutely one of the most amazing doctors and people I've been blessed to have in my life. He is my benchmark when trying to find eye Drs. in our area. I went to him for my first real exam around 20 years ago - and still remember the care he took with me and the explanations provided when suggesting frames.

Dr. Smith is great. Never rushes with us. Listens to any and all questions about our sight. Found a problem with my husbsnd's eyes and was very thorough with his explanation. Helped us find just the right specialist for his condition. His staff is very personable as well. You may wait a while to book an appointment, but well worth the wait......AND HE SAW patients all during the pandemic when all of my husband's other doctors were just doing virtual. Highly recommended!

The full review is below; however, here is a shortlist for those of us who do not want to read. Pros : Short or no waiting when you arrive Personal and caring experience Flexible hours and appointments Caring and friendly staff Knowledgeable and answers questions fully Cons: If I had to pick one maybe the building but is more then adequate I was connected with Dr. Smith after having a LASIK procedure. During the LAISK process, things did not go to plan, and I was left with some doubts and questions that the eye center did not resolve. A day after the procedure I had my follow up with Dr. Smith, this was the first time I sat down and was thoroughly explained the issues they ran into during surgery and got to have an actual question and answer session where I left feeling somewhat relieved. On top of that, he came in off-hours to perform this follow-up exam and did not rush me out or give any inclination he was inconvenienced. It was quite the opposite where he genuinely made me feel cared about and answered all of my questions and concerns. A typical exam schedule after LASIK is one day, five days, then a month exam, but I was seen much more. Since these follow-ups were part of the LASIK procedure, I am sure that the money was not the greatest, but he made many follow-up exams to ensure I was well taken care of. Scheduling times for these exams was straightforward. I have had many follow-ups and have had a great experience with the staff as well. Never have had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen even when arriving early and in and out very quickly. Overall very impressed by the professional and personal experiences I have had! Dr. Smith is excellent eye Doctor he is very thorough with his eye exams, answers all of your questions and he spends time with you. does not rush you out the door. Highly recommended . Staff at the front desk are very friendly .

Saw Dr. Smith for the 1st time this week. I wish I'd discovered him sooner! Best experience ever. He and his staff are so friendly and professional. Felt completely compfortable.

I love my eye doctor, he is the greatest, my two sons see him also!!!! If you need an Eye doctor, Dr.Scott is THE one to see!!!!

I've been seeing him for over 20 years. I've recommended him anytime someone has been looking for a new doctor. Very caring and was excellent with my autistic son as well as my daughter who had cancer. Awesome staff as well.

I cannot stress to you enough how much I love my optometrist! If you need eye care-this is the place to go. I have been going here since I was a kid and let me tell you, they go out of there way to take care of their customers. My whole family goes here and we have all been treated with nothing but kindness over the years and true care and concern. They work with your schedule and your budget-plus they have an amazing selection of eyeglasses and contacts! I will never go anywhere else but here.
