I went to him as a teen to have several cavities filled and replaced as he claimed they needed to be. Looking back I wonder if they truly needed to be. He ended up double billing me. He always asked for money out of pocket, often $100-200 before I left the office and THEN billed my insurance. Only later when I was employed by United Healthcare did I realize this was his office double dipping. I presume because I was young - they assumed I would know no better and unfortunately I did not. He should have billed my insurance and then should there have been a OON diff billed me. Not billed me partially for INN services at time of visit not knowing what would be given in his fee schedule. He also would cut up my mouth and tongue while I was under anesthesia - not forewarning me upon my departure I would notice blood and injuries once the Novocain wore off. I would hope this was caught by someone and does not occur currently. But be forewarned that it could happen to you. Always ask for a bill post insurance billing. Only giving 2 stars because at least the work he did remained intact. I’ve since seen a dentist since whose work was outright garbage. Dr. Soule is an amazing dentist and his staff is like no other!!! I will sing his praises and refer any one I know to him. He genuinely caring and does what is best for you. I've been to other dentist and I have never truly loved where I go. Am I still scared of the dentist yes but he truly does make the process of what ever he is doing so easy and relaxing. Highly recommend! I was having a really hard time getting an appointment for an emergency filling. Dr. Soule receptionist was so nice and very helpful. I was able to get an appointment for the following day! It was the best dentist visit I've ever experienced. I would definitely go back.

Just moved to the area and my girlfriend recommended Dr. Soule. Really nice and welcoming people. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

A really great dentist and an all around great person! We met on a dental outreach mission to Mexico and have been friends since. He's always doing what's best for his patients.

Great dentist! He’s thorough, professional and up to date on latest dental practices/procedures and excellent staff too! We highly recommend him!
