Very impressed. This was my first visit with Dr. Wickless and I found him patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He explained everything so that I could understand, answered all my questions and spent the time with me. Was not in a hurry like many doctors.

It was for new years eve day. i got e-mail notices and phone messages all telling me that i had an appointment. when i got there it was like there had been an alien invasion. two ladies were in the office, no cars in the parking lot, and they said "what"? so there was no appointment. computer error i guess. i got rescheduled and it worked out well. he is an excellent doctor as are the all other personnel at costal dermatology. you owe me one.

I felt as though my issue was not a concern to him. He did address the problem, but was not really wanting to follow up on if my results after treatment worked. I will be going to another physician to seek further care.

My experience with insect bites, particularly chiggers, left me incapacitated for days with extreme inflammatory response and unrelenting itching leading to bloody scratching and pain My previous dermatolgist would give me steroid injections and said use benadryl which did not help. In one minute Dr Wickless gave me sample of a prescription creme that instantly worked. I was shocked and forever grateful to find such a kind and caring doctor.

Dr. Wickless was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. He was able to effectively diagnose and treat my skin rash. He explained the treatment plan clearly and addressed all of my questions and concerns appropriately. I highly recommended him to all of my friends and family. He is a top professional and compassionate physician, which is rare to find in this day and age.
