Dr. Sean Boutros

Dr. Boutrous is busy but takes the time to be friendly and kind. His staff is very good and very nice. But be careful to make sure the anesthesiologist is part of your network before surgery or you might get ambushed by an expensive surprise bill you weren't expecting.

He's the best in Houston, has to be, I can't imagine anyone else better. Personality, comfort, professionalism, skill, everything. He did reconstructive work on my mouth (after previous surgery to remove a squamous tumor on upper lip area), very involved, and I would never consider anyone else to do any plastic surgery, on me, or any loved ones. (Well minor stuff.) Can't say enough about him, and my wife totally agrees. Took me a while to find him, but I hit the jackpot when I did.

I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma on the side of my face near my ear. It's scary to have cancer. I was nervous not only for the diagnosis but also to have part of my face cut off. I walked into My Houston Surgeons office full of anxiety but it quickly dissolved. The office was clean, beautiful and friendly from check-in to discharge. Dr. Boutros made me feel instantly at ease with his kind bedside manner. He treated me like I was important, not like just another patient or just another common surgery. The excision and closure were painless and timely. I thought the incision site would be ugly but he made sure my face was not traumatized. I came to Dr. Boutros as a breast cancer patient who was about to have a mastectomy and was sent to him for breast reconstruction. As if the cancer were not enough, I also have two other major medical conditions which can be easily aggravated in significant ways by surgeries. So, it is natural that I'd be feeling great concern and anxiety over my upcoming procedures. After carefully considering my circumstances, Dr. Boutros felt strongly that diep flap reconstruction would ultimately be best for me. He did an excellent job with that surgery, and now I'm about to have "part 2" of reconstruction with him. I have so greatly appreciated his patience with me when I bring up my other medical issues and concerns all throughout this time. Dr. Boutros is known internationally as an exceptional surgeon for diep flap and is very passionate about his work. His staff is extremely warm and helpful every step of the way. His offices and the attached surgical center are wonderful.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome! I had several consultations elsewhere and was not impressed or comfortable. Totally not the case with Dr. Boutros. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The entire staff is fabulous as well! Highly recommend!

Dr Boutros is the best surgeon in Houston, his priority is to deliver the best care by whatever means necessary. He explains everything that he is about to do and gave me options, so I don’t feel pressured in anyway. He is very responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns. I had upper & lower eyelid surgery and am very pleased with results. He was able to resolve my drooping eyelids and greatly reduced the bags under my eyes. He's a true ARTIST when it comes to eye surgery. I experienced minimal discomfort through entire period of recovery. Brilliant operation!

Writing a review for Dr. Sean Boutros is not enough gratification to prove to others the incredible doctor that he is. I began a weight loss journey that took me 3 years to transform myself not only physically but mentally. After losing 70 pounds I had excessive skin on my whole body. When you are working so hard on nutrition and at gym, it is frustrating and discouraging when you are not able to see the physical transformation. I finally got the nerve to have a consultation with Dr. Boutros to discuss what was best for my situation. He educated me on all of my options, pre and post surgical experiences, and most importantly he listened to my concerns. I could see his genuine care for me. After surgery I was able to recover well, however I did have an incision that was taking longer to heal. I was informed this incision may take longer to heal before surgery. I immediately contacted the office and nurse Jana Haggard explained indetail how to care for the area to prevent any infections. I followed up frequently with her and the incision healed just as she told me it would. I never felt neglected, I always had someone to assist me. Dr Boutros repaired my neck after a very large recurrent skin cancer excision. I was worried that I would always have a defect there in such a noticeable place. Dr. Boutros reconstructed the area, and it is almost imperceptible now. He is a gem - a wonderful surgeon and person.

Dr. Boutros removed old leaking breast implants on December 11, 2019. He cleaned where leaked into tissue, and replaced implants. 3 months later, I am totally healed and extremely happy with the result of the surgery, The doctor and his staff have been very diligent and thorough. This place will look at you and will try to squeeze your Money. We went there for copayment of 60 dollars after phone call and agreed what I needed to do but when I went there they said it’s going to be 100 and when I went in they came up with 700 dollars bill and said we gave you 150 dollars discount original price would be 850. I didn’t do anything there but I had to pay them 100 dollars on top of that I had to take a day off from my work. When I told them why I came there Miss Megan who worked there said the receptionist that works there doesn’t know about the insurance but why did she even say to my clinic lady that they take the insurance and I have to pay 60 dollars which is my copayment waste of time and money. I went to see Doctor Boutros after a poorly done double mastectomy and reconstruction by another plastic surgeon. From the first moment I met Dr Boutros I knew I was in great hands. Dr. Boutros and his staff provided me with excellent care and his work was exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.

I love Dr Boutros and his staff. He is exceptional at what he does. I had him repair a bad breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy by another plastic surgeon. Dr Boutro's work is fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased.. He's kind, and he treats his patients with such care and concern. Absolutely the best doctor I've ever been to!

I didn't have a procedure with Boutros, the review is for a consultation with him, which was $125. I met with him to discuss one specific issue, and he pointed out every flaw he thought I had or any part of me that could be improved. None of these things were related to the issue I was there for. He was abrasive and condescending. I could see him studying and judging me and it made me very uncomfortable. I've met several other plastic surgeons and they've never made me feel this way. Rude staff.

Dr. Boutros performed a breast augmentation and fraxel laser on my face and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. You are in wonderful hands with Dr. Boutros! Dr. Boutros and his team made me feel very comfortable and at ease during the entire process.

Dr Boutros performed breast reconstruction on me (36 year old mom of two) using a stacked DIEP/PAP flaps. My results are incredible - natural feeling symmetrical breasts, skinner legs and completely flat stomach. This is an incredibly technical surgery that no one on my oncologists team had seen performed in this manner. Dr. Boutros is incredibly confident yet sensitive at the same time. I knew I was in the best of hands from the moment I chose him. He is the absolute best.

Did a wonderful job on my breast reduction. Love that they don't touch my belly button anymore!

I have got my tummy tucks sand liposuction with Dr Boutros about 10 years ago and I am still looking good .. he always called me to knows how I was doing when I had my surgery.. his sStaff are very efficient and courteousand kind .. he is the best plastic surgeon in Houston .. About 2 years ago my husband had an accident and he cut his nose and he did his surgery and you couldn't even tell that he has a plastic surgery.. he healed perfect .. may God bless Dr Sean Boutros and his Staff always.

When I was diagnosed with cancer, I was terrified. I talked to a number of respected surgeons & was not comfortable with any of them. Dr. Boutros was the solution. His staff worked quickly to get me scheduled within 24 hours. When I walked into the office, I just had a good feeling. But, when Dr B walked in the room, I started crying. He simply said that everything was going to be okay & hugged me. The surgeries, etc have not been easy, but I have always been grateful to Dr B & his staff.
