Dr. Hart and Danielle (I hope I spelled it correctly) are absolute super heros. Watching them work and do my THREE root canals in 2 hours was honestly the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. I can't thank the whole team enough for getting me in quickly and taking care of the pain I had that was unbearable. Top quality work from top quality people.

I had a very bad tooth infection and needed a root canal done immediately. With their busy schedule they got me in within a week and I was extremely impressed to say the least. I have had very bad luck with these kind of experiences in the past but Dr. Hart and his staff took very good care of me and I will not hesitate to go again if I need to. Dr. Hart seems like a knowledgeable and competent dentist. However, echoing the other poor reviews, his front office and dental staff are rude and unprofessional. I declined Valium but wanted laughing gas. When arriving for my daughters appointment, I discovered they cannot give laughing gas unless you tell them in advance. This is new to me as my pediatric dentist requires children to have laughing gas for a general cavity. They told me if we did laughing gas, they may not have time to finish the root canal. I have never heard of a dentist offering to do half of a root canal or cavity?! We ended up rescheduling. Furthermore, they did not want to let me accompany my 12 year old daughter for a root canal. I had to insist that fact she is a minor and it's in my right to accompany her. They eventually let me go back so I could talk to the dentist about the laughing gas situation. Fast forward to the rescheduled appointment...Dr. Hart's office calls to confirm my appointment the day befor

When I return the call, I discover my dental insurance is out of network. During the initial appt, I provided my insurance information to find out if I was in network. They acted like they didn't know without submitting it. Since they never said anything, I assumed they accepted my insurance. I have never interacted with a medical professional who does not tell you a medical procedure is out of network. It has been 2 months since our initial consultation. The day before the rescheduled appointment is the first I have heard my insurance was out of network! They did not mention it at either of the two appointments we had. Once again, terrible customer service. These people are rude, inconsiderate, and need training. I'm planning to take my daughter to and Endodontist in the Indianapolis area for professional care. I know I'm not the first and I won't be the last customer Dr. Hart has lost due to the poor customer service and bad attitude of his staff.

My experience with dr hart was amazing. Ive never had root canal before and i was nervous and scared about the root canal treatment but dr hart help me overcome my fear. He is very good and i dont feel any pain from start to finish. Even after anesthesia wear off i dont feel any pain at all that totally surprised me.. the girl who take care of me that day is so friendly and nice. Wow I will never be back the receptionist quoted me a price for $1200 for the root canal and $85 for a consult and then changed it to 1300 and something dollars and I said um that’s not right to which she snapped and said I am not gonna argue with you and said when we left a voicemail we would have told you and I said you didn’t call or tell me the price was going up. Wow just rude and money hungry ???????????? If you need a root canal (or need one redone that another doc didn't do right the first time), Dr Hart is the one to go to. Super well run office with great staff and an extremely detail-attentive and very skilled Doc.

I had the BEST experience at Dr. Sean Hart's office. I never saw myself saying this- but Dr. Hart made the experience of going to a dentist a pleasant one. I had to come into his office to have a root canal redone. I wish I would have just went there the first time. His staff all are friendly and the office has a great vibe to it! Very careful about making sure you don't feel anything at all. I have the worst luck when it comes to dental work. I would recommend him to anyone needing a root canal. Wow I can’t speak more highly of Dr. Hart and his staff! I called in first thing Monday morning after my dentist failed to prescribe antibiotics (she only prescribed pain meds) for a tooth she had put a crown on that caused me tremendous pain. The receptionist who answered my call was so kind and helpful- she originally informed me that I wouldn’t be able to schedule an appointment until 3 weeks later. That afternoon, she called me back with availability for evaluation and treatment the next day. She also asked about what antibiotic I was taking (none at the time- I had no idea I needed one), and helped me get the ball rolling on that. She has got to be an angel- the pain I was experiencing was absolutely unbearable. I get nervous and usually pass out when I get shots, and Dr. Hart and his assistant (Gaby, I think?) were absolutely amazing- they reminded me to take deep breaths and took my nervousness seriously. Dr. Hart seems like the type of guy you’d just want to be friends with- very personable, professional, funny, and kind. He gave me so many shots of the numbing stuff, as I could still feel pain after 4, and was intentional to make sure I would have a pain free procedure (and told me to expect pain for a few days afterward). Gaby also took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. Hopefully I won’t be returning anytime soon, but honestly I would not mind because of how great the care is! Worst management ever! People there are more concerned about taking more money and greedy rather than providing good treatment. I tried to reschedule the appointment because of insurance problem. Dr. Hart's office has forced me to cancel the appointment with a charge of $150. This is ridiculous and painful in the sense that either I have to spend $150 for cancellation fee or I have to visit Dr. Hart and spend out of my pocket. Worst management ever! Dr Hart has done 5 root canals on me in the last decade or so. I have had nothing but the best care one could ever expect when going to get this procedure done. His staff all are friendly and the office has a great vibe to it! Thanks to All at Dr Harts office!!

Amazing, incredible Dr. Sean Hart. He called me “partner”. Looked into my eyes and saw me as a human patient sitting nervously. Calmed me down prior to a root canal work when I was very anxious. He literally did the complex root canal work that 3 other dentists couldn’t do to save the tooth. Two of them plane didn’t even attempt to start the work after they saw the CT scan. One went drilling half way and gave up- - couldn’t locate the nerves hidden deep under the crown. Dr. Hart didn’t quit until he reached it. And he had the ultra modern state of he art equipment. He spent about two hours looking for it and just wouldn’t quit. His charge was super reasonable and more so because of the time he put in it and still he will be spending another couple of hours for my next visit at no extra charge. I never saw myself saying this- but Dr. Hart made the image of going to a dentist a pleasant one and I am looking forward to going back. He saved my tooth. Otherwise, the option would have been a $5 k implant or a denture that is inconvenient. Dr. Hart is one of the best endodontists in the Lafayette area. I have known Dr. Hart for over 20 years and would recommend his practice to any of my patients or family members. Dr. Hart's team is the most professional group of individuals that always accommodate our patients as soon as possible.

Sean was super friendly, explained things well, had a sense of humor, and made me feel comfortable during my root canal. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I was referred to Dr. Hart by my dentist for a root canal. I was really nervous and very scared....let's face it root canals have a bad name. The receptionist was polite and told me the price up front before my appointment. They got me in pretty quickly and listened to my concerns. Dr. Hart was amazing! He explained everything he was going to do and even warned me before putting in the anesthesia. They checked in with my numbing and was more than happy to put more in when I told him I needed more in a different area. I also like that that used an IV type of numbing instead of shooting me 100 times. He was always checking in with me to make sure I was doing well throughout the procedure. His assistant Danielle was very calming and reassuring. She even told me about her root canal experience and that made mine a little easier. Wow! I couldn’t be anymore impressed with the root canal I had done today! I had no pain during the procedure and he was HILARIOUS! He made a root canal “fun”!

I had a root canal by Dr. Hart. It did not seem right from the start. He had mentioned that he & his buddy were trying "something new". I feel that maybe whatever they tried, didn't work, for me anyway. I guess I put it off too long & they say it is out of warranty. He never told me how long the warranty was, just that I had a 30 days (?) to get it filled or it voided the warranty. I don't want to go back to him & pay him again for the re-treat. He should have done it right the 1st time.

I loved Dr. Hart. He was amazing. The Dental Hygienist and Dr. Hart, both, made me feel so comfortable. I hate going to the dentist and get horrible anxiety but I felt so much at ease when I was there. He talked to me constantly (which helped keep me calm--even though I couldn't really talk back) and checked multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. Overall great guy! And very funny. Would recommend anyone to go to him!

Brenda let me in as soon as she arrived to open, got me started with x-rays before Dr. was there. Dr. hart explained everything he was getting ready to do and really made the whole experience easy and painless. Staff were excellent and friendly.

I was nervous about getting a root canal but Dr. Hart and his staff made it almost FUN. We all laughed the whole time and they walk you through every step of the process. The service was fast and I was in and out in no time at all. They gave me some pretty good pain meds but I only used them for 24 hours.

Have had three root canals from Dr. Hart and he puts you completely at ease the whole time. Very careful about making sure you don't feel anything at all, by the third one I wasn't even dreading it. Only problem is sometimes I have a hard time keeping my mouth still when he's working because he's making me laugh with his stories and comments. He is a great guy and wonderful dentist. A very honest dentist! How many other dentists would send you home telling you that you don't need a root canal after all? This happened to me, and I heard the same happened to my colleague the other day.

Very nice, I was surprised by the previous review and we found the opposite. He was very nice and did the procedure (root canal) with minimum pain. Asked us to call with any concerns

Dr. Hart has a special knack for helping ease your anxiety about receiving a root canal treatment. He was laid back and used humor to help settle my nerves. Thank you for the laughs and for the great treatment.
