He was my mom's doctor at a nursing home. I was there when he examined her...took all of 3 minutes....worst examination ever...he told me she was the healthiest woman there...noticed a lump beside her nose after he left...took her to another doctor...it was cancer and it was fatal...why is this guy a doctor???

The doctor is seeing our mother at Westin in Northampton. My husband called his office to get a report ( he is medical POA) and the woman who answered the phone said that they keep no records on the patients from Westin. We find this to be totally unacceptable.
