Everyone at this office is a joke, including Kameren. Been promised a prompt response for the issues going on with my policy, yet no email back or call back. I’ve asked to speak to Kameren, yet he’s no where to be found and doesn’t respond to emails.

edited review - you never said I don't quality for the good student discount through phones and emails. I don't remember a single time you people called me about this, every time I was the one reaching out. I'm a full time International student and have grades according to what is asked, the one replying to this review please have your facts checked. Just don't respond because you have to. Rather try to solve the issue. Thanks!

Worst insurance company ever. Owner and agent will not respond. They will definitely take your money but if you have a claim it’s a nightmare. You (agent) will not even call you back to assist you if you have issues with a claim.

The office is very nice to help me transfer my policy from WA to TX, and Stephanie has been very patient to guide me step-by-step during the whole process even though my English was not perfect. Thank you!

I have had a very bad experience with the State farm agents at this office. My billing is all over the place. I once received 4 different bills within a month with none of them matching the quote I had received. Efforts to rectify the situation were unsuccessful. The staff kept promising that the issue would be resolved within a week and its been more than 3 months now. Emails remain unanswered and on the call I was repeatedly told that I would be given a call back but never was. Avoid. UPDATE: Upadting star rating to 3.
