Dr. Wayne S Scott

This place has changed since the new owners and dentists have taken over. They're really focused on money and up charging. When I challenged the front office about the increased chargers, it seemed like they had excuses for everything, finally it was disclosed they were under new managnet, I then received a letter 10 days later in the mail to seek services elsewhere. Hey, something we both agree on. I guess all things have an expiration date, 13 years !

Dr Wayne Scott is caring and conscientious, and takes the time to ensure his patients have excellent service. He has been my dentist for more than 20 years. The dental hygienist Lauren also did a super job with the cleaning.

I had my cleaning done and the hygienist was amazing. Great service from her. When I was about to check out I was asked to pay. It was a surprise to me as my insurance covers 2 cleanings per year. I mentioned that to the check out person. She stated that she had already called my insurance and I have to pay. I asked her to give a moment to check. While I was searching in my insurance page she got very anxious ( there was nobody waiting). She pulled my previously bill out and said (in a rude tone of voice “look you paid 20% in the past”. I explained that it was a different issue, that was not a preventative visit. I mentioned that I didn’t like her tone of voice. I still don’t get why she got angry by the fact that I was just checking with my insurance. When I showed her what my insurance policy said. Once again in an impatient voice she said “ you are out of network”. I mentioned that when I called to schedule my appointment I gave my insurance and I was told .. “ we have other patients that work at XXX and we have the information”. I assumed that meant I was in network, my bad for not confirming. She said “ we don’t work with any insurance and you shouldn’t assume things” . I started telling her how rude she is and I will not accept the way she was treating me. I gave her my credit card and then she turned things around and said she was not going to take my cc and that she will not accept me treating her that way. It is really unfortunate as the service is good, but she was also not nice (not rude) the previous time I was there. It might be that she doesn’t like latinos, and I have never used that in the past, but I can’t believe what was her problem if I wanted to check my insurance policy. I never said I was not going to pay.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott’s for over 12 years. They are an extremely knowledgeable, thorough and Honest practice. The entire staff is always so kind and helpful. They definitely know what they’re doing.

I moved to the area from out of state and I couldn't be happier with the care I receive at the practice. Everyone is very friendly, my hygenist is wonderful and I love Dr. Scott.

Very good dental practice in Coppell. Sky, the dental hygienist, did an expert job cleaning my teeth. Dr W Scott's new partner in the practice gave me sound advise about a tooth that may be a problem in the future.

Have been a patient of the Dr.s since 1991 when I moved to the DFW area. Living in North Richland Hills and having worked in Las Colinas and Dallas, these 30 years, not once have I ever considered looking into another more convenient practice. I guess I am actually one of Dr Wayne's patients but have seen both of the Scotts over the years. They do more than simply take care of the teeth. The doctors are really good and caring and the staff, great. On occasion when I have needed to see them I have been able to. If I could, I would rate their practice 5+ stars.

The hygienist and Dr. Scott are very thorough and take the time to talk about any concerns! Everyone is friendly and the office space is extremely clean and welcoming. Love this place.

Always wonderful!!! I’ve been their client ever since moved to Texas about 30 years ago. I live in Dallas now, but when it comes to dental work, I’ll drive to Coppell. You would be very lucky if Dr. Scott accepts you as a patient!

I have been going to this dentist office for 27 years now. I moved from Coppell, but continued to come back for my dental services. Dr. Wayne and Julie, and the entire staff are excellent.

I have been a patient for a long time. The entire experience is always good. I have had work done beyond cleaning and Dr Scott’s technique is great. Very gentle and minimal to no discomfort. I strongly recommend the practice. Best dentist ever. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hygienists are great as well.

I’ve been going to Drs. Wayne and Julie Scott for years! Recently moved to Plano, and will continue seeing them even though it’s a drive… well worth it. They are the best!! Love my hygienist, Molly too! Super thorough, friendly, and absolutely the best dental work I’ve ever had!

Awesome experience! My local office closed due to covid and I contacted the Wayne & Julie Scott office. They got me in quick! The staff is so friendly, the hygienist was awesome and Dr. Andrea was amazing! Highly recommend this great staff.

I don't believe you could find a better run office or better dental care. The best.

Dr. Scott and her staff offered great service in a timely fashion and saved me from spending more than I originally planned in fixing my broken crown.

Always the best! Never kept waiting to long, extremely aware of any uncomfortable spots. They make sure the person in the chair is ok with everything they are doing. I’m a long time devoted patient of Wayne and Julie Scott. I wouldn’t go any where else.

Always very nice and timely. Typically do very good work and I have been with them a long time. Unfortunately, I live so far away that it is difficult for me to get there on some days. But, if I have a problem pop up, they always try to accommodate me. If I were still in Coppell, this would not be a problem.

Every visit of mine is stress free at this office. Staff is super helpful, they always explain everything so no question marks or doubts about the procedures.

Dr. Wayne and Dr. Julie, and staff are so nice and friendly. They do amazing work and I would recommend them to anyone needing to find a dentist.

Dr. Scott has been caring for my teeth for 20 years. He is an excellent and conservative dentist, only doing necessary work. He has also taken care of family members in urgent situations. He is the best!

Once again perfect service! Doctor Wayne and Julie Scott have been my dentist for the last 25 years. They are the very best and so is their staff! You'll never need another dentist if you try them!
