Wait time was miniscule. Intake nurse was personable and just talking with her took away my anxiety. Dr Rosenberg was professional, welcoming and explained the procedure. I would recommend this office for anyone seeking an ENT

Transferred my care from a doctor in Boston, I was hesitant and not sure what to expect. Dr. Rosenberg has been phenomenal and has taken my care to the next level! Finally relief!! Staff is always professional and wait times are minimal. I strongly recommend

Did not address the one and only concern I had, other than suggesting a medication that has sever side effects. Virtual appointment charge was highly excessive. Said he would get back to me, never did. Don't waste your time and money.

The receptionist was the rudest person I’ve dealt with in the medical field so far. I tried to look past all the bad reviews of this place.. but don’t waste your time or money at Silverstein institute

I did not feel my concerns were adequately addressed or discussed.

I saw Dr Rosenberg for a vertigo problem I had since around 2017. I was sent to a highly recommended neurologist in Los Angeles (lived in LA @ the time) & in 8 years he couldn't figure out how to help me. Dr Rosenberg saw me for my initial visit, ordered 3 tests & on the return visit he treated me & the vertigo stopped! Such a relief. I like his bedside manner. The office staff is great. Office staff can make or break a practice.

We had to schedule neurosurgery to remove a tumor without much notice. Because of the complexity of the procedure, we did not feel comfortable with the young doctor assigned to us who was very new in her career. Dr. Rosenberg came recommended and was kind enough to accommodate our short timeline and around the holidays. He was informative, thorough and kind. The surgery was a success and he continues to treat follow up visits to our satisfaction.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rosenberg. He was a fantastic, patient and caring doctor that helped me with the craziest ear infection. He is the best at his speciality and I am fortunate to be his patient.

I found the staff and Dr Rosenburg to be very friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered immediately. Dr Rosenburg made sure that I understood my condition and what we needed to do to correct it.
