I love this practice !!! They are so friendly .. they work with you , patient , and gentle ! I moved almost 5 years ago 1 hour away and I continue to travel to them ! Shawna is awesome! I even brag and send folks to her ! By far one of the best dental practices I’ve ever gone to … I’m not the best about my teeth ! But they make you feel welcome , and do not pass judgment on you !!! They make your feel at home and comfortable!! This will always be the dentist for me ! Nobody else ever has compared to her

i am a new patient of Dr Crawford I enjoyed my visit the staff made me feel welcome everyone was gentle and kind. Dr Crawford was very kind and concerning. Just the first visit I thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to my next. Love her and staff already. I highly recommend Dr Crawford and staff.

Dr. Crawford and her staff are the greatest. As a new patient I must say I'm sorry I didn't change dentist sooner. She was very nice gentle and informative. She let me know just what to expect and hiw much further treatments would cost. She was transparent, no surprises and I respect that. I give this office a 10 star ????

Dental office team is so polite and welcoming. They make it a pleasure to walk into the office. Dr. Crawford is so gentle and through as she performs the cleaning procedures. Tells you everything she is about to do, no surprises. Delighted that I found Dr. Crawford when I moved to the Dallas, NC area.

I had a pleasant experience, as I dread going to the dentist. The staff was polite but hard to hear bc of masks. Teeth cleaning was quick and Dr. Crawford was there to listen to any concerns and answer any questions I had.

Words cannot begin to explain the experiences I have had at this office! It is a gigantic B.S. dentistry at it’s finest! They are an uncouth dentist office that has forgotten the true meaning of medical service in every sense. Will not go back there!

I loved this dentist for a while. However, I have a card that they gave me for an appointment that they later said I didn't have. I showed them the card and got the reply, "well I really don't know what happened there." I will not be going back. The dentist is great, but the other staff could use much more training. I struggled on whether or not to even write this review, but after the disregard for me showing them their own card with their own writing on it about my appointment, I've decided to. I have fillings that needed to be done on that date. They never even offered to make a new appointment. I'm done. I loved this dentist for a while. Went in to have my son's filling replaced because it fell out. Told the recipients and she told the dentist I wanted a area checked out where one of his teeth had fallen out. (Nothing ever mentioned about this area) Son came out and said they didn't fix it. They just gave him a cleaning. I ask the recipient if I could speak to the dentist (because everything is behind locked doors) She rudely asked me why. I told her because I wanted to know why his tooth wasn't fixed. She took my son back again to talk to dentist. Then came back to me with him and said dentist said that the tooth was probably going to fall out on the next 6 months and was no need to fix it. So I asked how could she predict when his tooth was going to fall out. ( sorry never heard of someone predicting when a tooth was going to fall out. I know grow ups in there 20's that still gave baby teeth) So I told the recipients again I wanted to talk to the dentist myself ( no messagers) dentist finally came out with a attitude. I asked her why didn't you fix my son's filling. She replied that she didn't notice it was missing and she thought he was just here for a cleaning. I told her I was not asking anymore I was telling her that I wanted her to fix it. She replied why it's just going to fall out in the next 6 months. (with a attitude) so I asked how could she possibly know that when she couldn't even notice the big hole in his tooth where his filling feel out. I then told her I would take him some where else. The reason for the appointment was to get his filling replaced, not a cleaning. This place is so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Also I was still charged for the cleaning. I am not sure exactly what to write here. To be honest I have mixed feelings on going back. I understand that children can’t be in the room during xrays but what concerned me is that my son who is 8. Was not allowed back in the room. I later found out he was sitting in the waiting room balking his eyes out on the phone to my mom. I was told during my cleaning that I have an abscess around one of my teeth. It concerns me that I was told oh the tooth could be dying or it could be a cyst it doesn’t hurt so let’s just watch it. I am questioning if I need to get a second opinion on that tooth. I also was not allowed I. The room for my sons exam and cleaning. It too maybe 10 min. It concerns me that nothing was even done. That xrays were taken and that was all. I have a 6 month apt scheduled but I am really concerned about going back. If I did my apt and my sons would not be on the same day. I’ve been to two different dentist since I moved here to North Carolina. I was so scared at first being that I had terrible experiences before but I was so amazed with the care in this dental office. Everyone was so pleasing, always smiled and was very tentative. I’m honestly glad I found this office and I would greatly recommend.

I absolutely hate the dentist, but she makes it so much better. She’s very gentle and cares. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Everyone there is super friendly.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Crawford for several years and we love her! She goes above and beyond taking care of her patients! We are all highly satisfied with the care that we have received from her.

Around mid-January, after getting my teeth cleaned at my main dentist (Chauvin & Chauvin, been there for years since the early to mid 90’s and of course when they closed a little later as I remember), sooo... long story was that one of my lower front tooth was hurting, as worried as I was, with little to some cash (no insurance at the time, now I do thankfully) and since they couldn’t see me as they were completely booked, I called & came through to Dr. Crawford’s office to get it checked out including via X-Ray and thankfully it was only sensitivity as she thoroughly checked the area as well with my gums of course; I was literally afraid that I was gonna lose my tooth or a crown due to the fact that it was acting up. Such a sigh of relief, yet this brutal & cold NC Weather and my mouth + teeth really don’t see equally, not to mention I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in 4 to 5 years, last time was in Fall 2016 before I entered UNC Charlotte; foolish of me not to ask & use my Student Blue coverage while I attended. I will keep Dr. Crawford as my back up just in case and I think my nephew or my sister came here at the time but this was years ago, not entirely sure(?). I was referred to Dr. Crawford by a friend. I’ve been to the office for cleanings and fillings and I must say she is one of the most gentle dentists I’ve ever seen. I don’t have any issues with extreme sensitivity or any concerns that would make me hesitant to visit the dentist. But, I had no idea that my previous providers were rough or careless until I was in Dr. Crawford’s care. She is always pleasant and her staff are the sweetest bunch of people that I’ve encountered, outside of my PCP’s group. There haven’t been any insurance or payment hiccups, which is refreshing. My experience with Shana Crawford DDS was great today the staff was very nice and the best part was wearing the cool glasses!! and having a good laugh! Miss Crawford knows her stuff had a tooth pulled last year never felt a thing!

Dr. Crawford is always smiling, cheerful, and professional .Before she started treating me my teeth were super sensitive and always bled when I brushed them. Now my gums are healthier and bleeding is minimal, I highly recommend her.

This was my first visit at this dentist and it went great! The staff is friendly and fun. There was zero wait time; I was in and out in a snap. Dr. Shana is an amazing dentist and for once I can't wait to go back.

I been a patient of Dr. Crawford for 5 years. Love her and the ladies that work with her. My children enjoy going and she makes things so much easier for my youngest child.

I delayed visiting Dr Crawford because I was fearful of going to the dentist. Her staff was very attentive and professional. They made the experience much easier than I imagined. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Dentist.

Second time I have been to this office. Turned away this time. Staff can not verify insurance information. Very frustrating. I have pain in every month for nearly onevyear. Not Able to use.

This is the only dentist office I've found in Gaston county that my son actually loves going to. They are so good with him and that helps make him feel a lot better about his visit.

Dr. Crawford and her team were incredible! I needed an immediate extraction and Dr. Crawford made me feel comfortable and explained everything as she removed the tooth! Thank you Thank you I am now pain free. She is now my primary dentist, I will not go to another dentist.

Wonderful Dentist, & I have recommended her to numerous family friends, however my last experience after my extraction was HORRIBLE! Her staff was horrible! I overlooked the girl at the front desk numerous times, but this time, I simply couldn’t!! RUDE was an understatement!!! I will never go back...
