Have followed Dr Klump to three different locations, that’s how much I like her!!! She is a wonderful Dr. full of attentive care and kindness. She has a great staff and that is truly a reflection of her and her professional demeanor! She listens well, asks questions, answers questions, shows concern and really makes you feel cared for and heard. Her warm personality and smile helps make you feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Klump's office and staff in Comfort are great! There is very little wait times if any at all and she doesn't rush patients out of the office, she is very attentive.

After waiting since AUGUST 2019 and a few days before our appointment time, her office tells that she is not accepting our son who has Medicare+Medicaid. The story is that she accepted Medicaid then, but not now. Well ok, but why in the world they waited two months to tell us this forcing us now to look somewhere else. Not acceptable playing with patients (specially new patients) emotions - very cold, disrespectful and irresponsible. Dr Klump is very good BUT THE PROBLEM IS this office ! always overbooked resulting in prolonged unnecessary waits.When at the other location and with Hill Country,that office ran smoothly and very rarely was anyone kept waiting. On more than 1 occasion ,i politely informed the receptionist THAT I cannot sit here,was already waiting more than half an hour and had to move on due to other responsibilities-SO TO Dr KLUMP--5 stars and to this office ? zero. I finally left her practice due to the mismanagement,NOT HER. Spends a lot of quality time at each visit. Very knowledgeable and seems to really care about her patients.

I wanted a general physical, blood tests and other typical tests. I got NO physical at all I was told if I wanted blood tests I had to pay for them myself. The appointment was in November and today April 24th I get a call from dr Klumps office asking if I was contacted about the tests. I was not. for followup and the ability to care about the patient, score = 0.She billed insurance $350 for the office call where she talked about herself, but did not know how to Bill for the blood tests.

I found Dr. Klump to be extremely patient focused. Her office staff was very attentive, organized and I only waited 10 min. to see Dr. Klump. After my appt my lab results were emailed to me. So much better than having to call in or return to see the Dr. Dr Klump listened to my concerns and offered many solutions. Very personable. So glad I know have a PCP that I can connect with.

she won't prescribe birth control. I was an existing patient at a family practice and now I need to changed offices because she won't do the the primary thing I need from a MD.
