It appears that unless your buying glasses from them there not interested in servicing your needs! If they can't take advantage of you with there gimmick promotions the dismiss you! The manger was rude and condensing in her manners and phony customer service! I realize the old days of mom and pop shops are gone ! I loved the guy who had a shop downtown fixing glasses ! This lady the manger with brown hair and heavy set was rude!!!!! Then when I called to complain she was the manger ! Her whole demeanor during the exchange appeared as if she didn't want to service me cause didn't buy the frames from them! Not sure if the work on commission ! I would not go there again!!!!
