Dr. Jernigan at MedHelp Narrows is the best! He is extremely thorough and kind. I trust him with my entire family for our urgent care needs.

I love Dr. Jernigan, he is the best. Some of his staff are not the friendliest though.

I love this guy and his staff. I normally dont write reviews, but in this case I have to say I had the flue last year, I had to stay in the office for close to 2.5hrs. I couldnt walk with a temp of 104.4. However, Dr. Shanon R. Jernigan, MD team and staff area always better with their manners then my past doctor on 280. Super Doctor! He is what I need to stay on top of things. He is direct and to the point; however, I like and need that. He reminded me of having a coach as a DR. I would recommend him!

My daughter went to see him. He was rude and condescending. When she left his office she was crying. She was seeking medical help and he told her it was all in her head. I saw him on Oct 2018 at Medhelp 280. I had untreated high blood pressure. He prescribed a low dose pill that has caused me to lose 25 pounds in 5 weeks. I took my Mother in law to him in Nov 2018. He sat and did a REAL Health Assessment. She had a bad cold, tends to get Pneumonia. He listened, asked key questions, did x-ray, gave her breathing treatment, meds to treat symptoms, and she didn't end up in hospital. I'm having hubby go get his check up from Dr Shannon Jernigan. Dr. Jernigan is wonderful. He listened to everything I had to say and addressed my problems logically. I went in his office on quite a few medications that I didnt even need. He adjusted my meds and I left only taking 2 prescriptions.

My first visit with Dr Jernigan was the best appointment I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond the typical time and listened and engaged with solutions that would work for Me. Dr. Jernigan far exceeds any past experiences I've had with doctors in terms of time spent discussing symptoms and analyzing problems. He is very direct, but at the same time is compassionate towards issues and aligns his treatment plan to something that fits within your accommodations. If you are looking for a doctor that is both a problem solver and a "straight-shooter", I would highly recommend Dr. Jernigan.

I was under the impression doctors were supposed to care about people. "Dr. Jernigan" is one of the most rude doctors, I have ever encountered. He does not have a caring, kind attitude. He basically acts like you are lying, if you say you have something wrong with you. I had an interruption in my insurance, and had to pay cash for the visit. The nurse was very helpful, and nice. She was the only reason I did not leave! He hollers at the staff, so very unprofessional, and uncomfortable.
