Sharon Beam

Completely re-traumatized by her. She admittedly sabotaged our sessions to frustrate me enough to quit, which I did. So cowardly. Completely Added to my abandonment issues for sure, and I trusted her. She has dismissed me and ignored me As I tried to get closure, which is the main reason I’m Writing this review. Had she acknowledged me and what she did and apologized, it would be very different. She wouldn’t even acknowledge my feelings and what transpired in our last sessions. She will not admit fault and she caused great Harm. If I didn’t agree with her and had my own opinion, she said I crossed her boundaries. Sometimes Victim blame. Chronically late, 10-15 minutes at least and obviously never respected my time and effort and devotion to therapy, which I gave her 14 months and drove 90 minutes one way to see her. I was always 15 minutes early while she was always late. Cancelled a lot (though I understood the reason, it was still hard when you need support you can count on).

Sharon is an extensively skilled clinician. She’s been so helpful to me in processing my trauma and equipping me with tools to use in daily life. She helps me increase insight as well as self love. I love her approach as she is incredibly supportive and non-judgmental. She seems very authentic and I love that about her.

I am doing really well after the work I did with Sharon.
