Very unprofessional. Rude as soon as I met her and even yelled at me, and I wasn't even a patient, just a family member asking questions!

Unprofessional. Did not reveal a brand new diagnosis (I learned by accident via a social worker 3+ mos later) upon my release from a stay in the also inept psychiatric unit at Reid Hospital in Richmond Indiana. I'm being kind.

Fabulous psychiatrist! She takes time to get to know her patients. She empathizes and works towards a win win solution!

I have felt so much more comfortable with being under Psychiatric care since I began working with Dr. Polavarapu. Everyone in the office is always so nice and helpful with whatever requests are needed. Last minute prescription refills are so quick via the automated service. Dr. Polavarapu is happy to answer any questions I have about my care.

My dad was under her care. In my impression she did not evaluate him well such as home safety issues upon discharge. She was abrupt and felt rush when I spoke to her on the phone. I detected no signs of compassion. No recommendations. Health grades score 0/5.
