At 1st I would have given this office a 5 star because Dr. McClure and his team came to my rescue when I needed a hero the most. I had a wisdom tooth extraction in February (by a different oral surgeon). A few days after I was hospitalized because I developed a hematoma in my cheek which also became infected. Dr. McClure & his team performed the surgery to drain the blood that was pooled in my cheek. Since then I've developed a mass in my cheek which I'm sure I'll have to have surgery to remove it. However, I have to give them 2 stars because my last three appointments has been rescheduled by his office. They call the day before my appointment to tell me there is an emergency & the Dr cannot see me. So for the last three months I have to change my time off request at work to accommodate them which is not an easy task. Yesterday, I received a message from the office that again they have to reschedule my appointment. Meanwhile this mass in my face is not only uncomfortable but it is also painful. I have been on a soft food diet since February because eating anything that causes me to chew for a long time hurts. I really don't want to have to find a new Dr but if my next appointment gets cancelled than that is exactly what I will have to do. Forced to visit me for my discharge. He asked me if I wanted my front tooth to be pulled out. I said, "I dont understand Doctor" and he replied "I am not a dentist, you should have gone to the dentist not to the Hospital to get a root canal". I told him "I was scared and in extreme pain and I didnt recognize my own face from the swelling. Where would you have gone at 2am?" had truly a terrible experience. I was bullied by a supposed professional and the  person that I had being waiting x 4 days

Dr. McClure did 2 surgeries on my father. He took his time examining and explained everything to our family. Dr. McClure answers all of your questions and never rushes you. He takes great pride and is a caring doctor towards his patients and their families.
