They do not care about your time at all. You will wait for them to show up when they feel like it. Office or telehealth appointments are just an "estimated time" according to the front desk person and they don't know when you will be seen.

Wasting time. Dr. Wendy Cleary had changed my appointment 3 times. I have been trying to visit the doctor since middle of March and she just called me to reschedule my appointment again. She is not professional.

Many years ago I ran away from the doctor. In 2022 my goal was to get caught up on appointments which seems easy on paper. But not so easy with my anxiety with doctors. Michelle was great, put my nerves at ease and was easy to talk to. She gave a cheat sheet of recommendations for specialist to help make my "catch up on myself" journey easier. when you are having health concern and when you want to see a doctor then you should never expect to get an appointment here. Operators are on never ending LUNCH BREAK, front staffs are very rude. i had mouth herpes and an appointment setter asked me to go to dentist since they cudnt provide me any appointment for next 3 months... i mean wooowww . first of all she is not suppose to tell me where should i go since she is not a dr. Some of the people working there are very rude. I had a bad experience with one of the referral coordinators.

Negative Experience: the office lost my appointment and when I went for my visit they would not see me. After arranging child care for my 3 year old, the inability to hold an appointment was super unprofessional. Be careful about making an appointment with this office. We're going to try Cleveland Clinic which is down the road.

Dr. Kazdan treated my family with the utmost disrespect and lack of empathy I have ever seen in a doctor. I am not one to write reviews, and my hopes with writing this one are to tell those looking for a good-hearted doctor that he is NOT it. Having spent 4 years dealing with the dementia diagnosis of my 51 year old father, Kazdan had the nerve to ask (in a rude and demeaning manor) why my mother was speaking on my fathers behalf. Maybe because a progressed dementia patient does not have the cognitive function to speak on their OWN behalf? I spend my nights as a 25 year old quietly praying wishing he could. But you are too desensitized and unempathetic to think of that. I guess he himself didn’t have the cognitive ability to understand the situation, or what goes along with such a disease. Visiting with Dr. Kazdan added to the hopelessness, stress and sadness that being a caregiver for someone already causes. I am disgusted to say the least that someone of this demeanor and judgement is in the medical field. A doctor who can’t understand and yells at a caregiver as to why a progressed dementia patient isn’t speaking for themselves, is not competent by any standards. Please go find yourselves someone who you know would give you the care and empathy you deserve. It’s my family’s disease today, but it could be yours tomorrow. Why is it that when you call a doctors office the receptionist or appointment setter has the worst personality EVER!! Whenever I greet customers over the phone i put on my best face, best personality , I'm cordial, helpful and most importantly accommodating in all I can do to make customers want to return. I come to this place ONLY for Michelle, love her and maybe one or two other nurses. In a nutshell, this is the most unprofessional, unresponsive and rude doctors office I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t bring a stray dog here. Avoid this garbage. The doctor is ok if you’re lucky enough to speak with him. Patients usually just get pawned off to a nurse as opposed to their visit with the doctor. Nothing gets resolved here. I would like to first say how deeply disappointed I am with your office and your staff. Not only was I misled, the staff treated me very poorly and with disrespect. My concerns were not listened to and I felt brushed off. I made an appointment for my yearly physical. I was told I could make an appointment for blood work one week prior so I can go over it during the actual physical appointment. When I got to the office, I was told that I have to pay a $20 convenience fee. 1. I was never told this on the phone nor told a day prior. In fact I was never even called for a courtesy reminder for my appointment. 2. I never paid for labs in the past. When I mentioned this, the staff did not seem to care nor do anything to alleviate the matter. When I mentioned I had the physical the following week they didn’t even care. My point is that why would I pay for labs when they would be included a week prior. I work way too hard to pay for something that doesn’t need to be paid for and my time is too valuable to lose in such a trivial manner. The professional and courteous thing to do would have been apologize for my time, the misleading, and the disrespect. Instead I was met with rudeness lack of empathy. I've never had less than great service from this office, Dr and the PA's. They actually take the time during my visits to listen and I never feel rushed.

One of the best doctors I have ever seen, he tells you how it is, very straight forward, but focuses on your health and well being.

Wish I lived closer, I am 2 1/2 hours away. One of the best caring doctor that my wife and I have ever had. We were with him when he first started practice in Davie. I owe my life to him. My father was discharged from the hospital on January 12 home health came out to see him and called Dr. Kasdan for orders never heard back after they called every day for three days - he should’ve never been released from the hospital, the doctor never gave orders for wound care, physical therapy or addressed all the major issues that we needed taken care of. I called and spoke to the doctor after hours he was very nice to me but then when . We took him to the office then they refused to see him and wanted to do a telehealth. Next thing you know my father is back in the hospital in ICU tonight don’t ever use this doctor and his office staff absolutely is horrible the nurse practitioner is his wife and one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken too.

You will never meet a more caring Doctor. Dr Kazdan is really passionate about his patients and their whole health. He takes time to talk to you and it may be just the best medicine there is. His personality is warm and compassionate. If you are looking for a primary look no further than Dr Kazdan!

I Had a wonderful experience with Dr Kazdan and his P.A. Everything was low key, but a no point did I feel like the doctor wasn't giving me his undivided attention. All of my concerns were addressed. All in all it was very pleasant.

This is by far the best Doctors office, staff, nurses, nurse practitioners, front office ladies, are extremely nice, helpful, Lissette one of the nurses is the only person in all Broward that County can draw your blood to the people with the tiniest vein. Dr Kathleen is absolutely amazing. Calls back every time. Very very helpful and courteous. She was the only doc who actually listened to me and got me a ultrasound which in turn saved my kidney. Highly highly recommend this dr. Thank you for helping me!!

Turnover with staff at this office is unreal! No one communicates/knows what is going on. I liked the laid back, talk to you like a friend demeanor. Last few visits I thought was going to see Dr. K-NOPE. Never got outside test results back, they forgot to do part of tests ordered and I sat there waiting hours just to get partial test results?? Unfortunately your practice changed for the worse. Oh and change the way you gather urine. 30 cups sitting all over in the open in a filthy bathroom. yuck

He deserves a ZERO star rating! He is the rudest, most arrogant man I have ever met. He is a narsissist, and is even more egotistical than ever! He speaks to us in a smart alec sarcastic tone, and swears all the time. He acted so terribly unprofessional and mean towards my teenage son that he had him sobbing while he was trying to provide a urine sample. The doctor said his urine couldn’t be clear and that he lied about having peed in the cup. He didn’t care to consider...read my next review

The front desk receptionists suck, I made 2 appointments for me and my fiancé over a month ago, for my first visit to this office. I received a call about 2 weeks before the appointment saying that the doctor is going on vacation that week and we would need to reschedule that appointment. So I told them my fiancé also had an appointment 30 minutes after mine so they could cancel both and we would call back to reschedule (being that I already had that day off and other appointments I needed to go to) My Fiance receives a text message yesterday confirming his appointment for today. I called this morning to find out what that was about and they said the doctor ended up switching his vacation. So I told them they should see us both today since they never called me back to let me know that and left my appointment cancelled and they couldn’t even try to fit me in. Seems very unorganized, receptionist had no clue of what was going on. Dr Kazdan is very personable and funny. I have no problem with his "doctoring." The reason i am giving him only 1 star is because he overbooks his office and the wait time is rediculous. The last 3 times i've been there, i waited over am hour to be seen, while many people who arrived after me were called before me. One time when i mentioned this to the receptionist after waiting in the general waiting room for an hour, she said "let me see whats going on," and then minutes later i was put in another room to wait another 30 minutes. I was going to the DrKazdan's office over 10 years until my last office visit.I called them&said I need a MRI prescription&they told me to come in.And I went & paid upfront (as always) not agree but what you can do !.?This is their policy-you need to pay before you see the doctors not like other Dr.s. Ofiices.When I saw Dr.Michelle she started to reviewing my lab results.And I told her my main visit was to get my MRI prescription not to go over my results.Then she said she cannot. is it fair?

Dr. Kazdan refused to approve a referral to see a specialist (my cardiologist) because he received no financial benefit. What a shame to put a small amount of money before the patient's best health care.

Let me start out by saying that Dr. Kazdan appears to be a very good doctor and my experience has always been good until now. I have a heart condition and need 2 or 3 visits to my cardiologist every year. When I asked Dr. K who is my primary physician for a referral to my preferred cardiologist, he said he only refers to his preferred cardiologists. I had a problem with his choices and requested to see my cardiologist who was in the Humana network. He told me that Humana would not allow this, but strangely, Humana informed me that they have no problem accepting my cardiologist. So Dr. Kazdan told me that his priority was to get me the best possible health care. HE LIED. He told me that he would make a request to Humana just to show me that they would decline his request. He was right, they declined the request for my cardiologist, but the reason for the decline was that Dr. Kazdan, in his fax to Humana had actually asked Humana to DENY my request. Let it be known that Dr. Kazdan is first concerned with lining his pockets with his preferred referrals, and then the patients' health care. I am editing this because of the Dr's response. When I called Dr. Kazdan yesterday, I asked for an explanation for the denial of the referral. He never offered an explanation or to help in any way. This issue had nothing to do with my insurance plan. Humana has a referral system and they were willing to make an exception to allow me to see my preferred cardiologist, except Dr. Kazdan had requested that they deny the referral request. Dr. Kazdan is probably a very good doctor and his wife is an excellent NP. He just was not willing to offer any flexibility in helping me with my healthcare needs and was actually obstructive. I apologize for saying the doctor lied when he said that my cardiologist was not in the Humana network. He just didn't tell the truth :) In addition, if you spent as much time helping me as your patient get the care that I needed as you did writing a response to your shortcomings as a medical professional, we wouldn't have needed this discussion. Kazdan has been my family Dr for years, my husband, parents & more have all been patients, enduring 1 to sometimes 2 hour wait times. Lately it has been dificulty to see him, when I called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment I was very deliberate and specific stating that I only wanted to see him, I took half day off (its necessary as you WILL wait), only to find out that I was seeing the PA, long story short the Dr himself told me "can't see you, but still love you", what? Not a quality provider

Dr. Kazdan seems to be a good doctor but beware if you want to see a specialist outside of his $kickback$ referrals. Apparently, it is not the quality of the specialist that matters most to Dr. Kazdan, but how much money he makes with his referrals. Today when I called to ask him for help, he suggested that I find another doctor. I will do this and I will find a doctor more interested in my health care, not lining his pockets.

I have been going to Dr.Kazdan for the past 8 yrs and I love it! He is a great Dr. With a great sense of humor. I live in Cutler Bay and it takes me about 45-50 min to get to his office. Totally worth it!
