I love everybody there they're always so nice and always willing to help you out you know and and same thing with Dr Ruth you know sometimes he just he cuts right to the chase but still he does it with dignity and and I like that about a doctor you know my experience with the office in my visit was great he always figures out what's wrong and figures out what to do next

He has been my primary care provider for over 10 years. I'm very happy with his professional nature and always has the right digignos for my best care. He is a wonderful doctor.

If I could give him less I would. Long story short. My Dad had been a patient of his for many years much to his kids disliking. But as an elderly person he hated change. He had a rapidly growing mole on his face that he went in to have it removed. Dr. Ruth said it wasn't a big deal and it didn't need to come off. Fast forward 2 months Dad finally went to a new primary care doctor and the doctor said it HAD to come off ASAP. Referred him to a general surgeon and we found out today that it was CANCER. Luckily it is the good form of skin cancer (if there is one), but if we did what Dr. Ruth said and just leave it be it could have been must worse. I trust Dr. Ruth with the lives of myself and my family. He has always been direct and to the point about anything concerning our health. He's smart and knows what he's talking about and if he doesn't know something, he will find out. I have an enormous amount of respect for him. I cannot thank him enough for taking care of us.

Husband has been going to dr Ruth for 2 years. His health is routine yearly screening yet his recent lab visit with spectrum was upcoded. Upon receiving the bill we contacted Lori at dr ruth’s Office 3x and always got her voicemail and never recd a call back to correct the error. Even sent a certified letter and have not recd a response. It’s a simple human error but poor customer service has created a significant problem. We are going to appeal the fee with spectrum but ofc Service is poor

had Dr. Ruth for yrs. Not happy with his treatment, bedside manner,professionalism, compassion and caring of me. Denied we had talked about a change of meds. and told me to "suck it up and live with it" when we discussed medication at my last visit with him. with the office my complaint is that in the waiting room and patient rooms you can hear EVERYTHING!!
