From the second I walked in I felt very welcome. The assistant and receptionist couldn’t have been more kind. Dr shay wasn’t just amazingly kind but he also took the time to explain any concerns I had. I felt safe to open up and left with enough samples to really get a feel for my new contacts. I LOVE this man!! I have used him since the 6th grade..I'm 34 now. I WOULD SELL MY SOUL just to be able to have him as my doctor. This man is just LEGENDARY!! If I ever win the lottery I will pay for him to go back to school to become MY personal family practitioner. Seriously! No joke! You won't find a better person and or eye doctor. His soul is just beautiful! Saint material 100%!!!!

My experience was amazing! Having just moved here and not happy with prescription eyeglasses purchased from another Eye clinic in my previous town I decided to make appointment with Dr Williams. My previous Dr said the best he could get my vision with corrective lenses was 20/50 due to some issues I have. I accepted that at time of service but decided to get another opinion. Dr Williams got my vision corrected to 20/30. I’m amazed at what I can see. I highly recommend Dr. Williams

I'm a Senior and had an apt. today with Dr. Shay Williams at the Optometrist office, inside the Wal-Mart in Crossville, TN. I went to get a new Rx for reading glasses and ask him about my dry eyes. He was friendly, patient, and educational, too! He did a thorough exam, took the time to answer each of my questions, and provided helpful tips for dry eyes. It was obvious that he loves what he does and cares about his patients. I'm telling all my friends about him!

I was so impressed with Dr. Shay! He was personable, knowledgeable & professional with a Teacher's heart. He took the time to explain a concern. I felt valued and not rushed. I had to come back for a follow-up which he didn't charge me for. That is unheard of! Our NEW family Eye Doctor is Dr. Shay Williams.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Got a eye exam today and received the most friendly and fast service. Heather,at the desk, was well spoken, smiled, and helped with any questions I had. Dr. Williams completed the experience with fast service, very accurate and thorough, BEST bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. Would give the overall experience a 10 if possible. Will absolutely recommend to anyone.
