Excellent staff & Dr. Schnoor is great!!

The office must have went thru some turnover of new people working at this dentist. Several new faces. But the new person was very friendly and gentle while cleaning my teeth.

Doctor Shelley Schnoor is the #1 reason I am no longer terrified of the dentist. She is *AMAZING.* She never ceases to impress me with her incredibly professional bedside manner, exceptional gentleness, warmth and compassion. She is so knowledgable and passionate about her work and it truly shows. I'm greeted with a huge smile, a comforting, happy attitude and genuity every time I go in to see her. She treats me like a family member. I also love, love, love Dori and she's my favorite hygienist (I'm always hoping it's her who cleans my teeth), but all the other staff are nothing less than amazing as well -- Nicole, Ashton, etc. Everyone is so gentle and calm. I never arrive nervous and never leave sore or stressed. Getting cavities filled and other procedures done here is a breeze, even for someone who gets bad anxiety about it and they go above and beyond to make sure you're okay. The entire office enviornment is top-notch, clean and inviting. The best part: It's a small, comfortable place and NOT COMMERCIAL. I really, really like that they don't pressure you into things like other dentists do with their over-the-top marketing. Their Covid protocol is working very well and they're all doing such a wonderful job, as always. I will never hesitate to recommend Dr. Shelley to anyone. I've been going here for years and they don't take my current insurance, but I still pay out-of-pocket to go here because I simply don't want any other dentist. Dr. Schnoor and her staff are the most professional, organized, and comforting group of ladies in our community.

Everyone is so nice and it’s not stressful to go to the dentist with Dr Shelley and her staff. Highly recommended!

There’s no dread involved seeing this Dentist! I have a Dental Discount plan, and was very fortunate to find Shelley Schnoor DDS on the list. I’ve been coming for cleanings for about three years now, and the relaxed ambiance of the office is absent of dire, fear-inducing promotions. I'm not a fan of dentists in general(sorry!), so when I find a good one, I want people to know. My experience thus far has been top notch, and I would highly recommend Shelly and her staff. Treatment has been top notch and customer service is fantastic.

Everyone who works at the office is friendly, nice and very professional. Casey and DR. Schnoor take great care of me and my teeth and our entire family will all go here from now on. Best dentist in the area BY FAR!

Dr. Schnoor was able to repair all of my dental problems that others Dentist would not do or tell me that I would have to go to an Oral Surgeon.

I love her and her team!! They are all so nice and always make my teeth feel amazing when I leave. I recommend her to anyone young or old. She is nice, professional and always very helpful and understanding.
