Waited 9 weeks for the results of my blood tests. I've had cancer 3 times. I had some type of lesion under my tongue I wanted checked She told me they didn't study that in medical school. It might have been funny to her, but it wasn't to me. I go to the doctor for concerns not jokes.

I am so over this clinic I have seen Shelly maybe one time and that was when I had breast milk in my armpit... I have called three times today just to be told the same thing the person who saw you will give you a call.. well... no phone call. It makes me want to just find somewhere else to go if no one has time to talk over the phone for 10-15 minutes. I guess I will just look at the images myself and guesstimate what is wrong with my knee. So please don't worry about calling me because I'm just some girl who can wait. Covid has seem to destroy the ability of this office to serve their patents. Was one of the best offices and care last year. Communication is almost non existence. When you can get help it is well meaning and good but you never know who you will get or when you can get it.. So sad...

Our family loves this clinic. Dr. Bray, the nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, counseling associates - all wonderful! Especially with the pandemic. They have done anything and everything possible to meet people's needs during this difficult time, from a drive-thru clinic to video appointments. They don't believe in wasting people's time which I appreciate as my schedule is already too busy. They answer all questions thoroughly and do whatever they can to get you feeling better or your health need met. We have used them for over 5 years and highly recommend Dr. Bray and her clinic.

Dr dismisses patient's word. Saying things like, "I guess I'll have to take your word for it." in response to claims of objective data, and questioning previously made diagnosis regarding mental health with the logic-teenagers can have an inability to cope with emotion when the patient is an adult and has been diagnosed as an adult. After being made aware of currently being at a high risk of stroke due to several factors, the Doctor then says that there is no problem unless the patient has a problem? Doctor said that my diagnosis must not be that bad as it isn't being treated. My word choice may be strange as I'm trying to reveal as little information as possible. I'm not going to explain in detail. There was disbelief to three different issues, in addition to saying my blood pressure was fine, when it was measured at 180 right before the doctor came in. As someone learning Healthcare, I understand we are to take subjective data as law and here we present objective data and it's treated as if there's a lie, or as if it is an overreaction? It was my understanding that we never treat anything the patient says as an overreaction, even if it is, and that we plan word choice before anything-for the sake of the patient. Why would someone go through all the emotional and financial stress to see many different doctors who all express distrust and seemingly dismiss their issues if there isn't a problem? Never have to wait too long. Always polite and considerate.

Dr. Quinn listened to us and was very helpful. We're thankful to have a great Doctor in Arkadelphia.

June is always attentive and helpful. She listens to my concerns and makes sure all my needs are taken care of before I leave.

The clinicians are knowledgeable, show empathy, do not rush the clients, and give effective client exams, and know how to listen and what to do with the information they gather from what they hear. Practioners see clients in a timely manner. Referrals are made promptly and client issues are addressed quickly by effective specialists. I am very pleased with the care I have received over the years, and have seen that the clinic stays current with established practice as those years march on. I also like how the clinic works with student practitioners and supports both the student and the client in that process. My mom and dad began seeing her as soon as she started practicing in Arkadelphia. She was very blunt and rude to my mother when she was terminally I'll with cancer. My dad went to her numerous times complaning of a cough. She and her nurses misdiagnosed him each time with Pneumonia when in fact he had Metastatic lung cancer with severe plueral effusion.

called to bring my 82 yr old father in said we could come then right before we leave they call and tell us they aren't seeing any more patients today He's been a patient of Dr.Bray since she started so they knew what kind of health problems he has my mom has stage4cancer so we hurried as fast as 82 yr old people can move my sister drove down from HotSprings to take him as my mother had chemo yesterday and is feeling bad then when she pulls in driveway they call and say no I think that is very rude to treat your patients that way So no I wouldn't recommend her to anyone

I've been seeing Dr Perrin-Bray since she had a clinic in downtown Arkadelphia for over 10 years. I have never been so rudely treated as I was yesterday by her staff and I will NOT be going back or recommending her to anyone. Adding to this after response from owner: Your clerk Hung Up on me after she lied and told me I would have to make the 70 min drive in person to get a refund, when it was uncalled for when I called (if I am not cussing or screaming or being in any way belligerent then we can talk about this like Adults), I did call and talk to the office Manager, and after being treated kindly I received the follow-up call that was rude and condescending because I inaccurately said I had been seeing Dr. Bray for 14 years when she had only been practicing for 12, as if the decade of being a dedicated patient since she started in a small clinic meant nothing. If anything, regardless of how long and how far out of the way I had been going to see this doctor, no one deserves to be treated with that level of Disrespect and still call themselves Professionals. If I could give a -10 star I definitely would.. I've never had such a terrible experience anywhere else in my entire life. The receptionist at the time was sweet along with my nurse I don't blame them at all they were great.. I unfortunatley had the privilege of seeing the nurse practitioner June Wolfe and I have never had such a terrible experience with any physician in my entire life.. From the moment she came in she didn't seem Interested in anything I had to say and was very rude and disrespectful to me and my Mother. I felt I was being seen as a statistic instead of a human being.. I wouldn't take my dog to this clinic. Horrible, terrible, I can't find enough words to express how sadistic my experience was.. This place look like home to me because the treatment that I got looks like am home. All the workers are awesome.

I always find the staff, both office and medical, to be professional, friendly, and helpful. I am very pleased with their services.
