Dr. Webb at Healthy Connections is a wonderful , knowledgeable and empathic doctor at this clinic. I trust her and appreciate her for the care she has and is giving both me and my mother. Wait times are minimal, smiles greet you beginning at the front desk. There are specialists that come to Mena there to help with the long drives we have to get specialized care in our area. There is not one thing that I can see that needs improvement. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care with emphasis on care.

If it were possible to give no stars or minus stars, I'd do so for this doctor. She is the kind of doctor who doesn't want to hear a word the patient has to say; there can be no discussion. It's her way or the highway. Even after hearing that my financial situation would not support it, she ordered a battery of unnecessary tests. She told me on my first visit that I probably had cancer, that with no data to back it up. Find another doctor.

I could not recommend Sharilyn Webb in good faith to anyone. In my experience, she was rude and had a very negative attitude. She uses scare tactics in an attempt to get patients to get unnecessary tests performed. She seems to have no compassion or understanding of patient whose finances are not such that they can afford all the testing she recommends. When patients ask questions, she pooh-poohs their concerns and tries to make patients feel stupid for disagreeing with her on any points.
