Dr tadros gets all 5 stars from me! But the person answering the phone is rude to every patient there that’s why I put it at a 4 star! It’s been like this for years and I don’t know how she gets away with talking to patients the way she does but I decided to leave a review about her, to maybe either one 1) help her straighten up her customer service skills or 2) let the facility know that they need to hire a new receptionist. She doesn’t just to me this way. I have several friends that go here and always complains about the girl behind the front desk. So I know it’s not just me. Dr Tadros is wonderful though. I called Dr. Tadros office today to see if they had any openings for appointments. I felt like my left eye was going to burst because it hurt so bad with sinus pain. The person in appointments told me to hold after I told her what was going on. She got back on the phone and said Dr Tadros said be here at 2:00, bath even tough they were booked. The story ends well. I got a shot and a z-pack. I feel much better now, with no pain. Thank you Dr Tadros and staff for being awesome, as per usual. My experience with my Mom has been that every appointment we have to wait at least 1 hour to see Dr. Tadros never fails. Then this last time blood work was done on my Mom on Monday and I was told it would be back the next day and that Dr. Tadros would call me with the results. She never called so I called her on Tuesday and was told the bloodwork was there but Dr. had not looked over it yet but that she would and should get back to me that afternoon or the next day. I gave the lady my phone number and told her that my Mom's phone wasn't working so NO EXCUSE not to call us. No one called me that afternoon nor the next day so on Thursday, Friday, Monday and again on Tuesday after still not hearing from them a full week later every day I called numerous times and NO ONE answered calls even though I tried every extension available and I left messages. My Mom is still feeling terrible getting dizzy, nauseated, and just feeling bad for the entire week now same things she went in for but apparently Dr. Tadros doesn't care. My Mom is 84 years old! No one answering the phone and no one returning my call and even worse than the staff's incompetence is Dr. Tadros STILL not calling to give us blood work results and It has been a week and I STILL do not have results. Dr. Tadros is an exceptional physician, never speaks down to me, includes me in all discussions and decisions, explains everything in a way I can understand, and is so compassionate and caring. She is truly my favorite doctor ever. I love her to pieces!

Dr. Sherine Tadros is my general practitioner, as well as my mother's. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us. It's obvious that she really does care about her patients. Thank you Dr. Tadros, especially for going out of your way to help out with mom today. God sees.

Excellent, My wife and I have seen Dr. Kahn, Dr. Tadros, and Dr. Mujeeb for many years. They are all very kind and gracious Doctors that go the extra lengths, to care for their patients. My wife has multiple medical related issues, and Dr. Khan has been there through most of her very serious and precarious times. I cannot say enough for this Doctor's level of care. If you experience a higher level issue which cannot wait for a scheduled visit they also rotate and cover at an Urgent Care Facility just up the road from their office which can see you quickly. I would recommend this Doctor to my closest and dearest friends.

Do not visit this doctor. The staff is inconsiderate of your time. They do not communicate or return your phone calls.

Very caring doctor. I love this doctor for her caring, thoughtful ways.

The waiting time is 1 hr. Long or more,but she is a kind ,erson and a caring good doctor.She really listens to you.

Dr. Sherine Tadros is the very best Dr. in the whole wide world!!! Everyone on her team is very friendly, not on thier cell phones constantly, and not "up tight." ( I have been to Dr's. offices that by the time I was through with dealing with the front desk, my blood pressure was certainly sky high, because they were so rude.) This will never be the experience at this Dr's. office. Dr. Tadros, and her team, take the time to listen to what is wrong with you, and really care about people. She listened to me, I have a extremely complicated medical issues and history.... She was very attentive and thorough, I was very please! The office staff was very pleasant, efficient and welcoming.... except the lady who checked me out.... she was rude and seemed bothered by my questions......
