Called 2 weeks in advance and was there today when they told me to be there, we'll there was a scheduling error and SEEING HOW THEY DON'T TAKE WALK INS I WAS TOLD THAT I DROVE 45 MINUTES FROM WERE I LIVE FOR NO REASON BECAUSE I COULDN'T BE SEEN!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!! ITS NOT MY FAULT THE PERSON TOLD ME WHEN AND WHAT TIME TO BE THERE BUT APPARENTLY SHE NEVER ENTERED IT INTO THE COMPUTER!! SO NOW IM OUT $20 IN JUST GAS MONEY NOT COUNTING THE FACT THAT I TOOK OFF WORK JUST TO MAKE THIS APPOINTMENT! RECEPTIONIST VERY RUDE ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT!!? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! This dr is a joke! She spends more time on the phone taking care of her personal issues than with her patients. You are there for hours and then she is in and out within seconds. I’ve been seeing her for over a year bc I didn’t want to go through the trouble of finding a new dr but looks like that’s exactly what I am going to have to do. If you want a dr that cares about helping her patients than this is not the dr you need to go to! I left a star bc it wouldn’t let me continue with out rating a star. She deserves NO STARS! Rude and arrogant. Don't waste your time. Find someone who knows what they are doing.

Zero help. Still no referral. Didn't refill meds. (didn't ask for ANY narcotics) They care.... About the money from insurance.

Dr. Willis is a very good doctor. She knows medicine and makes sure you get an accurate diagnosis and good treatment.

Friendly atmosphere. Very detail and interested in your health. I would recommend Dr. Willis to anyone that needs a Dr. that is concerned and patience.

Dr. Willis made my visit comfortable she is very knowledgeable and concerned about her patients overall health, the staff was friendly and accomodating

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Willis for almost 8 or 9 years. I’m a patient with several health issues, some she may not have experienced with any other patient but she takes her time & wont give up until she finds a remedy for my illnesses. When other Dr’s have given up on me, Dr Willis gives me faith that everything will be ok. She's straight forward about what’s going on as far as my health but she hasn’t ever stressed me out. I’d recommend Dr Sherita Willis to others.

Very rude and arrogant. Did not listen to complaints. Charged medications to something completely different and said to deal with it. The staff is rude and the office is a run down old school building. Very unprofessional! STAY AWAY!
