Everyone I came in contact with for the procedure was amazing!

Everyone is very nice and really listen to you. They show really concern and make you feel a lot better and hopefully about your medical problem. Everyone is very professional.

My doctor went the extra mile for me when my insurance Anthem refused to pay for a test because of a code. She left me messages on my portal to assure me it was being looked into, and let me know what. was going on. Her nurse called me and told me what was done and how in a timely manner. Dr. Kroll was punctual and professional, as usual. We went over the reason for my visit and came up with a plan to treat my problem. She is always pleasant and knowledgeable and uses my input to make a decision. She is an excellent doctor.

for Dr. Kroll, I am back in Fl , but I want to thank you for seeing me outside the office in the RAIN! I had left a message for Dr Dilella to please send you copies of the x-rays,etc but decided to come home instead. As of 8/25 it is still the same and if at next visit (9/15) it is not better, he will suggest surgery. He was about to suggest it on 9/18 until my son mentioned I was 79 y.o.! I had a great experience with Dr. Kroll and her staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and Dr. Kroll greet you with a smile and kind words.

The office staff are nice and friendly. I did not have too long of a wait time in the waiting room or in the exam room. Dr. Kroll asked and answered all the right questions regarding my issue. It was an overall good experience.

Dr. Kroll and her team are nothing short of fantastic, from the time you walk through the door, to the end of your visit. Caring, compassionate along with the best listening skills to fully understand what your concerns are. You are never rushed at this practice and everything is explained very clearly and thoroughly.

I contracted COVID in the beginning of 2020 and Sherry Kroll has been by my side through out the past year. Through it all she has helped me to work through the physical, emotional, and mental issues that this virus has plagued me with. Although I have been very frustrated that my health issues are still undefined, I am very appreciative of Dr. Kroll’s persistence in finding the cause. She sees me not only as a patient, but a partner in my health care. She listens to my concerns and gives me options.

The COVID-19 Virus has resulted in necessary changes in practice to safely accommodate each Patient's needs. This includes the use of masks, social distancing, and/or Video Care Conferencing, to diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment. During a very stressful time, Dr. Kroll both eased my worry and made sure tests were completed right away. Over a holiday weekend, she made sure that I received my negative test results right away, and was able to relax and not need to worry by waiting until Monday for the good news.

Dr Kroll is the best physician a woman can have. I've been a regular patient of hers for 10 years now. Plainfield office is clean and organized and all the personnel is friendly and helpful.
