Terrible service and and always over capacity!! Never seen at the time they tell you to come in I would not recommend!!!

They give you a scheduled appointment and when you get there it’s packed and extremely long wait. The doctors are very nice but the office is always over capacity!! Been coming here for years and it’s always the same service. I had a 11am appointment and was told I would not be seen until almost 12:30. They have no consideration for anyones day. False advertising appointments. Over scheduling children all at the same time. Terrible service and I will not be returning !!!! I do not recommend this doctor office

I’ve been a patient of this practice for almost 18 years. Dr. Shital Sheth’s Pediatrics office, is always so caring and loving. They are very attentive and will do the best and give all they can to treat and care for all their patients. They are very understanding and have a strong staff that assists most parents with translation and also assists every child with care. All doctors are very welcoming, caring, and accommodating. BEWARE OF THIS PEDIATRICIAN. My daughter had a fever of 103.9. She was evaluated by Dr. Sheth, diagnosed with an ear infection and sent home with Amoxil. Within 6 hrs of being seen and sent home, my daughter was admitted to the PEDIATRIC INTENSIVE CARE UNIT on BIPAP MACHINE for MULTIFOCAL PNEUMONIA and HYPOVOLEMIC SHOCK. Dr. Sheth did not do a complete examination. She only took a height and weight, she did not check oxygen level or heart rate, nor did she complete a RSV/ respiratory panel. She told me her lungs were clear. In the ED, the attending DR said there was minimal air movement which was likely misdiagnosed as clear. I called Dr. Sheth to let her know my daughter was in PICU after seeing her. She was unremorseful and tried to blame me. All she had to say was "KIDS DECLINE FAST". One of the best Pediatric offices. The front desk staff is always welcoming and very helpful. They make appointments to accommodate you as soon as possible. Pediatricians are excellent very knowledgeable and experienced. My children love Dr Shital Sheth because she is very loving and caring. I strongly recommend this office.

This office is exceptionally great. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helps you with any concerns you have, always helpful in squeezing you in. Dr Shital is wonderful with kids and she gives great care and attention. Shes very informative, and takes her time with you. We never feel rushed. She explains everything in detail. I have been visiting this practice since I was a toddler and now I bring my children. We miss Dr. Kapadia there!! The wait is ridiculous regardless if you have an appt. FRONT DESK STAFF IS RIDICULOUSLY RUDE!!
