Shobha Dharam Reddy

After getting an appointment and waiting 10 weeks, her office calls and says she is not taking new patients. I have an email with an appointment and have notified others and waited and NOW they call and tell me that!!! Don't trust this outfit.

Dr Reddy has always been above and beyond when it comes to my health. I feel lucky to call her my primary doctor ..for many years..

I had an appointment with RFN Martha Lubars, who practices under Dr. Reddy. Nurse Lubars was accommodating, made sure my goals were heard, personable and empathic. I felt so much relief seeing her today, and I’m extremely thankful to be under her care.

Dr. Reddy is kind, compassionate, patient, warm and very professional. she has been my Doctor for many years, she is the Best ! Her staff are very nice too.

I called her office 2 times to make a schedule and wanted to make sure about the insurance acceptance! How rude the call receiver lady just put off the phone just right away when I asked question about my insurance whether they would accept it or not without saying anything! Shame on this kind of professionalism! Shame.. Shame!!

I have never had a doctor that takes the time to thoroughly go over your concerns, answer questions, and take appropriate action in a timely manner like Dr. Reddy. I never feel like I am being rushed in and out just to squeeze as many patients in a day like I did with Austin Diagnostic Clinic.
