Trying to refill my prescriptions is always a challenge. I have to keep calling the doctors office multiple times to remind them to send over my prescription for a rescue inhaler. Having asthma attacks and no inhaler available is dangerous.

Dr. Muriel is an excellent physician. She takes the time to sit and listen to the problem and has always been there when needed. Her office staff is courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Muriel.

Dr Muriel is an absolutely fantastic doctor. She’s very straightforward, she listens to her patients and she always ensure her patients are getting the care they need. Note: Dr Muriel works in a practice, and not all the other care providers have Dr Muriels standards and skills. So be sure to request dr Muriel specifically or you may get stuck with someone else. Dr. Muriel has been my PCP for years now. I would recommend her 100% . She really takes the time to listen. She is compassionate and professional. I trust her.

Dr.Muriel was recommended to me by a friend and I am very pleased with her care. She is a great doctor listens to your history and complaints with patience. I have never felt rushed or as if my issues not being addressed. Very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate doctor. I recommended her to my family and friends.

Takes forever to get appointment, staff is then rude at appointment and blames it on you. Completely incompetent staff.

Her bedside manner can be compared to one of a cockroach. On top of that, she offered me no solution nor alternative to my situation. I don't make many visits to doctors whatsoever, but I'm in a situation where i really need some help. My advice, don't waste your time. She has a partner in Oxford whom is equally nasty. I am a Registered Nurse and could not be more pleased with the services received. Dr. M is thorough and an excellent diagnostician. I find her bedside manner to be professional and focused. I have recommended her to those seeking a PCP. She also resolved an ongoing problem with a simple solution. Top notch staff!

Both my husband and I were very pleased with our first visit as new patients. We felt Dr. Muriel really listened to us, and took the time needed to get to know us and answer our questions. We look forward to being her patients for a long time!

Dr. Shyla D. Muriel, MD is absolutely the best! She is the most knowledgeable and friendly professional. She has competently and kindly taken care of all my health needs which include hypertension, weight loss, and weak leg circulation. For hypertension, she prescribed the right medication. For weight loss, she educated me with healthy eating skills. For weak leg circulation, she prescribed compression hosiery. I am now in the best of health! Please call Dr. Muriel for all your health needs!

She is an exceptional 'patient certered' physician. I find her to be attentive, and engaging. She educates to your level of understanding.
