I've been wearing glasses since 3 years old. This shop has some of the best frames you will find in the city...management is super focused on having the newest best brands and styles...on top of delivering world class customer service. Sid Savitt's place is THE place for eye care in NE Ohio. You will feel at home there. Cheers to the entire Sid Savitt team in Wickliffe. They rock!

The staff is very polite, professional and knowledgeable! I had a good experience here!

The office staff is great and so is Dr Titus. She is thorough and explains everything in an understandable manner. I highly recommend.

Sid Savitt is the best place to go for eye exams! State of the art equipment so dilation is not needed. The staff is like family too.

I have been going to Dr savitt for 30 years I trust him and his staff Even though he's not in my insurance anymore I still go to him and pay out of pocket not only does he know his stuff you can tell his love and care for his patients

Dr. Franey and the staff are fantastic. However, their eyeglass frame choices are minimal.

Dr. Savitt and his entire staff went ABOVE & BEYOND when a series of mishaps beyond their control happened to my order for glasses. They truly care. I recommend this office highly!

First class customer service. They have a great selection of frames as well. Even though I moved from the area I still come back to Vision Emporium yearly for my eye exams.

Dr. Savitt and his team are the best in eye care. My glasses are always perfect and, if need be, Dr. Savitt is always willing to make everything exactly perfect. We have used his services for 50 years. Dr. Savitt has a wonderful reputation. We love him.

I could not be happier that this is where my family goes for eyecare. I have seen both Dr. Savitt and Dr. Titus, and my son sees Dr. Franey. All have been beyond great! Every single person on that staff has been wonderful. (A special thank you to Joanne - she knew exactly how to help me when I was cutting it close with running out of contacts before my insurance renewed for the new year, and she made sure it all worked out for me!) Dr. Savitt is one of the most genuine people i’ve ever met in the medical field. He cares about his patients and does an amazing job as a person and as a doctor. I would recommend him to anyone in my family or any of my friends.

Great place. Everyone really cares about you. Dr Savitt is wonderful. I have been using for over 25 years.

I come here annually from over 30 mins away just from the love I have for Dr. Savitt. He is kind, patient and friendly every time I visit. I will continue to support him and the staff because they are truly special.

I have been going here for years. Dr Savitt and Dr Titus have provided excellent, highly competent care, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure to work with this office. I highly recommend them.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Titus for years! We always get top notch care. Everyone from the administrative staff to the assistants are always friendly and there to ask any questions. I would recommend seeing Dr. Titus for your vision needs!

Great experience at my annual eye exam. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The retinal scan was a really nice option to have. I didn't have to be dilated, so no blurriness to worry about before going back to work, and it was very quick - less than 30 seconds. Dr. Titus was very thorough with fitting me with a much needed new prescription, and the contact lenses I have now feel great. No more blurry street signs! Thank you Dr. Titus! I had no issues with my eye exam but I had to return a few more times to get the correct lenses for me. It was frustrating to not have the correct product the first time

As a new patient with "older eyes," I came to Dr. Savitt with a history of serious eye conditions. I found Dr. Savitt to be thorough, patient, and willing to take the time to explain and discuss the findings and details of his exams. And as a bonus, he has a gracious and friendly staff!

I went to Sid Savitt for a routine eye exam. I hadn't had one in years and didn't know what to expect. Other than the doc's great name - the exam went well. They use computer imaging (if you want it) which is completely pain free - no drops! Very thorough and personable.

Have been going to Dr. Sid Savitt for years, and everyone there is always so nice and efficient. I really appreciate Dr. Sid explaining the results of the test and imaging, especially with my history of hypertension and family history of macular degeneration. Thanks to Dr. Sid and all the staff!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Savitt for years and have always been pleased with our experience. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I love not having to have my eyes dilated any more! I was especially pleased when his optician suggested I wait until next year to replace my glasses when it would be covered by insurance. Since I wear contacts most of the time, that will work out well. Needless to say, we trust his care and feel we are getting the best. The staff at Dr. Sid's office were very friendly and got my an appt at the time I wanted, with no problem. When I arrived for my appt. an hour early,,,we all laughed and it worked out great for both the office and myself. I look forward to my next eye appt..
