Dr kollengoode was my Dr in 2006. I was seeing him for treatment for diabetes on Mondays. I also started a new job at that time. Dr said if you need to postpone to let the staff know 24 hours ahead and they will change the appointment. My new job put their schedule out on Saturday and scheduled me on Monday even though my normal hours were Tuesday - Saturday my manager would not fix the schulde so I called the doctor office as soon as I found out I had to work the office was closed and had a voice mail I left a voice mail. Monday the office still hasn't returned my call. I call Tuesday Wednesday the whole week. I even go to the office but the door was locked even though it was regular hours and the sign says open. After a long time the office finally returns my call makes an appointment at the appointment Dr tells me that he will no longer be my doctor because I didn't call to change my appointment. I am not the only person this happened to

I love Dr. K! He’s got great bedside manner and incredibly professional! He also cares deeply about all of his patients! I’m thankful to have Dr. Kollengode as my family doctor!
