Great doctors! but the receptionist is just a nasty Person. I no longer had insurance so I had to pay out of pocket then I got a new insurance call them For an appointment I told them I got the new insurance but did not receive the card. If they can give me an appointment with my credit card for now and if I get my insurance card earlier I will call in and provide it: I did get the insurance card but they refused to call me back and give an appointment. I left about 10 messages and no call back still for an appointment. Hopefully the doctors see this and call me. Knowing their office manager is costing them business. I’m a 24 year old adult and she told me to come back with my mom for a better evaluation. As an adult I’m not only insulated but I find that so uncomfortable. I dont and shouldn’t have to bring my mom to a doctors office for a diagnosis. She then proceeded to tell me horror stories about people who smoked weed once then had psychosis and never was the same again. Or how she had patients who’ve smoke weed and took a turn for the worst. The whole experience was terrible and reassured me why I dont go to doctors. What’s worse is I’m gonna get a huge medical bill for this. Waste my time and money 2019. Thanks for nothing lady.
