she may not be friendly but gives you right advice/medication. good part is - she tries to cure everything in natural way as best as she can. highly recommend her for any OB visits.

She is good

She is not professional at all. She is the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. She gets frustrated if you call the answering service for a real cause. She always thinks that she is doing a free service. She does not treat humans as humans during internal exams and threatens/curses patients with very harsh words in the labor room, I will not recommend this doctor at all if you wish to have a peaceful and memorable maternity experience. And last but not the least, they don't hesitate to reveal your PII/PHI loudly to the other patients in the waiting lobby.

I have always had a very good experience with Dr. Rama as my ob/gyn. Over the years for routine checkups and recently with my pregnancy and delivery, Dr. Rama was very helpful, patient and not to mention very skilled in her profession. Her staff is also great. Special mention of Manisha Patel, the lab tech, who while drawing blood for checkups, always had a kind or encouraging word to share. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Rama and her staff.

Two years back I delivered my baby safely. I had a nice experience with the doctor and staff. It's worthy to wait and get treated by the best doctor.

Dr. Sreedevi Rama has been my obgyn for 11 years now. She is a good doctor, she would spend time to get to know and understand your concerns and answers them accordingly. Sometimes when I call with a concern, dr would not call you back immediately, but she has always returned my call even if it’s late in the night. She’s an experienced doctor and I have had 2 c-sections with her and the sutures have healed nicely and quickly. My second pregnancy was during this COVID time, the office and staff have taken complete care and precautions. Few things that can be improved are the wait times, they are usually long, but it’s because of her being ob-gyn, it’s understandable, so I usually call the office 20 minutes before I start to check the status. Staff are courteous, the on-site availability of a phlebotomist is very handy and helps save your time.

The worst EVER!!!! I have only gone 2 times to this doctor. I was due for my annual and I forgot until I received a call to confirm my appointment. Not one time not one did they inform me that they moved to a new location. Go to the new location and sign in and they make me wait about 40 minutes until I get called for them to ask me if i got the COVID test done I said yes and then they ask me for the results which was never mentioned to me to bring to my appointment. I told the receptionist that should of been requested when they called ME to confirm my appointment. I also told the receptionist when I first walked in and signed in she should of asked me for my documents. If that is their protocol then that should have been mentioned to bring from the initial contact and when I arrived to my appointment. They completely wasted MY time. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I wanted to give 0 star but there is no option here. I never write any bad review to anyone. This is the first time I'm writing. Believe me!!!! Please don't go to this doctor. She and her staff are money minded. They make sure to get maximum money out of your packet. The waiting time is always 2 hours. I just went to this doctor for the yearly check-up (besides having a good insurance, I end up paying $700). I'm 30 years old and have one son. I have no issues at all. She also said everything is normal and said no need to take any medication. She did PAP test without my knowledge. She asked me to come 3 times and asked me to take many tests which are not needed. Every doctor visit costed me minimum $150. The doctor handled me very rough and the staff were very rude and won't give any respect. Waste of money!!!!!!.I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr Rama was our OB/GYN for our first child. Though this doctor is kind and nice to interact during our visits she is extremely overbooked. We had to wait consistently wait for 90mins or more every time. Chances of getting a normal deliver is very low as this doctor doesn't have the time and patience, she will put you through induced labor and eventually C section. She did this to my wife. Pls avoid this doctor at any cost.

She is very rude!, everything were normal until the date before admit the hospital to the delivery but in the hospital she said to me "I usually wait only two hours and now its almost 3 hours so you sign for the caesarian for your wife" I never agreed but later she said me a big lie that my baby's heart beat is getting low and get sign from me and finally she done the cesarean!! my insurance bill said for normal delivery doctor get 1000$ and for Caesarian 6000$! beware of this money mind doctor!

I would not recommend Dr Rama if you are a new patient.......... Save yourself the trouble and look for some other doctor because the doc here has no time. I am seriously appalled that the doctor could not find 5 mins to check my results. My initial experience with Dr Rama was good. She did some blood work whose results were to be available on Monday. They were and when I called the office I was told to look for them on Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told the office was closed and I will see results

I have a baby girl delivered by Dr Rama. She is very professional & freindly in nature. She taken utter care on my wife during pregnancy. She is very strict about diet plan during pregnancy & she takes notes from us whether we are taking proper diet or not during pregnancy. She has motivated my wife well during our baby delivery in JFK hospital. We are thankful to her & her staff. Her staff always good with us and gives the appointments on time.

Had very bad experience with this appointment. Everyone working there have been rude and I would never suggest anyone to visit Sreedevi rama if you really had a problem.. I mean doctor should understand her/his patient.

I called schedule an appointment. I had to wait a month. I received a call to reschedule for a later time in the same day. I told the rude receptionist that I could not make it I have to cancel. She had a nasty attitude and said I have to wait another month for an appointment. Needless to say I never went there due to the doctor's rude staff.

Hopeless dr. Has a pre-conceived notion on whether to deliver noral or cesarean and patient will be on the receiving end. Find someone better who treats this as a noble profession.

I know her since 3 years. I recently had a baby boy normal delivery under her care. My pregnancy time was easy with all her advise and guidelines. Sreedevi Rama is my best Dr. and answers my questions very patiently. I do understand of her delay appointments sometimes, but its understandable that someone was in delivery just like me at sometime. I have many friends who visit her and also had normal delivery. I agree with previous comment, staff is very rude and irresponsible. We are waiting for my prescription since two days. Till now they did not send to pharmacy and not did not inform to doctor. Be ware of the staff. Thanks!

bad experience....her staff is very rude...spl Anjali...doc always has a pre occupied mind and does not respond to patient's queries much. will not recommend her to anyone. staff is not attentive spl preparing prescriptions, patient has to remind them that doc has said about these tests also.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Drove out to Edison after work to find out that it would be a two hour wait to see the doctor. That is completely unacceptable especially with a scheduled appointment. I rescheduled again for that same week Friday,1st appointment...when I arrived they said the doctor would not be in today. I'm done with this place. Scheduled a new appointment with a Dr. In Springfield.

My wife very satisfied with Dr Rama treatment. My wife only concern was more waiting time to see the doctor.

The doctor is very nice, experienced and takes very good care of her patients but It takes forever to connect to a person in her office for anything.The phone line is always busy, never get call backs after leaving messages

Though the doctor is good and knowledgeable, the staff are a total let down. Be prepared to wait at least 1.5 to 2 hrs for EACH and EVERY appointment. Making pregnant women wait hours on end, and not being able to go to the restroom as you have a urin test scheduled is the norm. No matter week day or weekend when u go at the correct time of your appointment, there will be 5 to 6 ppl ahead of you. Go only if u have the patience to endure this .

She is a very calm dr who doeant freak out the patient. However I found her too relaxed. Both the offices are very clean. The staff is friendly. They do the usg at the edison office where the services are provided by st . peters hospital. Check with your insurance the agreed amount for each usg if itss not covered. They charged me $130 for the usg. And another $160 for the perinatologist consultation. Its easy to schedule appts at both places. The wait period is long for appt.

Very bad. I wnt for annual gynec test. Admin at her office is very bad. It was my first visit to Dr.Rama. I was asked about my periods,as it was delayd, urine test was done, results negative n then i was asked to wait in the pap test room with my husband n test was done by a different doc. I never hapend to meet Dr.Rama.Got invoice of $48.I cald ofice to know why was i charged, response was so terrifyng. She told me as i hav irreg periods, she put me on diagnosis code, no treatmnt was givn to me

She is one of the best OBGYNS....I would def recommend her for your delivery. I delivered my baby girl Nov 2015 and I had the best experience and treatment with Dr. Rama. Even all her staff at her clinic are also amazing people, very friendly and compassionate . I was amazed at her work ethic she landed after a 22 hour flight to check on me at the hospital after I got admitted. She is a wonderful person.
