Dr. Stacey Leigh Clark

This office and staff is great! Dr Stacey Clark is amazing. My favorite person is her RN Jennifer Armstrong. She is on point. I can depend on her with any questions or concerns with a speedy reply and easy to get a hold of. This location is easy and convenient.

Website says they open at 8:00am. At 8:30 I finally got put on hold and and still holding 20 minutes later. Dr. Clark is a gem but this service is lackluster at best.

Had to leave the practice. Dr Clark is over worked and it shows in the quality of care. Like the other reviewer mentions, post surgical care was not addressed appropriately. This led to a bad situation. And be sure not to question what could have been done differently to have avoided the situation. That will garner way more attention than the actual well being of your child.

Took my daughter to get her school hearing testing done. She is very sensitive and didn’t do well at the school hearing testing or a regular ENT/hearing testing facility. Thus we looked for a pediatric office and they were great! Very through about our medical history, etc. We highly recommend!

Dr. Clark is a wonderful doctor with a perfect disposition to work with children. If I could give her 5 stars I would. The rating here reflects my interaction with the front staff. On two different occasions I had poor experiences. The first was booking our appointment and then today they cancelled our appointment without speaking to me. They claim that they called the day prior and day of, but I certainly have no voicemail or text. When I got there they looked at me as if it was my fault I showed up at my appointment time. As a busy mom of two young kids I would certainly expect more from the front staff of such a reputable doctor. Dr. Clark is a wonderful doctor with a perfect disposition to work with children. I can not comment about the doctor, only the staff. We were tentatively offered an appointment pending a referral. I got the referral processed within 24 hours only to be told the slot had been given away. If I had said I was a self pay patient I would have been scheduled immediately without a problem. Dr. Clark is not only brilliant, but she’s kind and caring. She took great care of our 3 year old when she successfully removed his tonsils and adenoids. Thank you, Dr. Clark!

We’ve always been treated with kindness and patience in Dr. Clark’s office. Her manner is excellent with kids as is Kristen Ortiz, Dr. Clark’s Nurse practitioner and Jennifer, her nurse. Both excellent with kids and so present. I’m so glad we found this clinic.

This review is not about Dr. Clark, rather her clerical staff. When we scheduled our appointment we specifically asked them to ensure they took our insurance. They assured us they did. A month later on the morning of my child's appointment we got a call telling us that they in fact did not and we would have to pay out of pocket for the visit. We planned our work schedules to be able to accommodate this appointment and a possible surgical procedure. Dr Clark was a DREAM!! My daughter was struggling with ADHD symptoms really bad. Her X-ray showed enlarged tonsils and adenoids. We were referred to her office and she took the time to explain everything to me and then turned, got down to my daughters level and asked her if she had any questions. Since her surgery her ADHD is all but gone and her apnea is cured. My daughter has gained 6 lbs in a few months because her body is no longer spending all of its energy on breathing. I've been to see Dr. Clark with two different children, for different reasons. One child, Dr. Clark was a 3/5 with treating the situation-initially-with urgency and attention. The second child, Dr. Clark was a 1.5/5 with, treating the situation in a dismissive manner. She appeared to be ONLY interested in the patient who would have surgery. Her office now does NOT treat any post-surgery issues with any sense of urgency or importance. Looking for a new care provider.

I couldn't be more pleased with the knowledge and concern she had for my child! She does an excellent job with making kids feel at ease!

Stacey is THE BEST. Her bedside manner is unbeatable. She is so gentle and patient with the kids and their parents. I had two children under her care and wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I loved that she took the time to listen. Answered all of my questions and was very patient with my screaming fighting toddler. Surgery went smoothly and her office followed up to make sure his recovery was too
