Mrs Clark and her staff are wonderful. Very professional, I had great results.

A friend gave me a gift certificate for a massage here. They made me wait 30 mins past my appointment time. Despite this I decided to establish as a new patient since she takes my insurance. I filled out all of the paperwork ahead of time and had to take off of work for the appointment at 4:30pm. I get there and they tell me the appointment was at 4:15pm (15 mins prior), despite what my calendar and reminder say. They tell me I have to reschedule and won't see me. Completely ridiculous!:(
