Stacy Majoras

I have arthritis in my knee which was affecting my activity and was causing much pain. Dr Majoras has given me injections in my knee which has greatly improved my quality of life and has allowed me to enjoy hiking and other activities with minimal pain. She is a no-nonsense doctor that can scope out the problem and get great results.

Waste of time. I had gotten an MRI that showed bursitis in my shoulder, so I got referred to Dr. Majoras for a steroid shot. When I got there, Dr. Majoras said my MRI looked normal and refused to give me the steroid shot that I got referred to get. She questioned my pain level, and put in her notes that my pain was probably psychological and turned me away. I then got referred to a rheumatologist who confirmed the bursitis in my shoulder and gave me the steroid shot. I had a month more of pain due to getting turned away, waiting for another referral, and planning another appointment. Her ego clearly gets in the way, and she won't believe you if you have high pain level everyday.

She was terrific. Explained everything and took time to answer my questions. I feel that I’m in good hands.

Excellent dr - no one else listened to me or believed I had back issues but she did and it’s made a world of difference !

Dr Majoras has been tending my arthritic knees for some years. I love her way of discussing options & providing effective treatment. She always has time to explain options.

Dr dismissive attitude... us simpletons don't have the education to understand the medical complexities - according to her- when I asked for morr information. She decided I could only come back if I would agree to injections. She refused to order a MRI because iyer wasn't possible to have a tear unless I've been in a serious auto accident. Right. Went to s different doctor who immediately ordered a MRI. Results are that I have a tear that .need surgery to repair.

Leaving this review on behalf of my mother, who has been walking around on a bad knee for weeks, in pain, because of this doctors incompetence. She asked this doctor for an MRI and this doctor refused, because “There’s no way you tore anything unless you were in a car accident”. Dr. Majoras just wanted to give injections, but refused to explain why because “it’s too complicated for you to understand”. My mother got and MRI elsewhere, discovering a torn mesiscus.

excellent bedside manner. Pragmatic approach to care with good references to scientific data. Dr. Majoras provided us answers that others could not and recommended a great care plan to return my son to play.
