What a wonderful doctor and staff. Dr Norton was awesome, she was on time, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The entire staff was so nice, from making the appointment, checking in and out, and her nurse!! Thank y'all so much for your kindness and professionalism! Great experience from beginning to end.

I was referred to Dr. Norton by a friend. I tried to call today to make an appointment and had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Rachel. From the time she answered the phone, Rachel was so rushed and curt. She interrupted me throughout the phone call and had a condescending tone. I was calling as a new patient and after having to endure Rachel's rudeness, I will happily choose another physician's office for my care. I was referred to Dr. Norton by a friend. Dr. Norton is amazing and the her assistant Lizette got me in for my problems very quick. Dr. Norton explained all the benefits and risks to me of my procedure, which helped ease my mind. She has a great bedside manner and I am very happy I found her.

Dr. Stacey Norton is A-M-A-Zing! She has been helping with some issues for the past year and finally had to make the decision to have a hysterectomy. She was thorough, explained what will happen, what will be expected after, even questions of things I heard that might happen... she put that to rest real quick... she and her team of all women made me feel like royalty at the hospital and I felt like my concerns were finally being heard! Son many times you hear about people of color being overlooked in the hospital system and horror stories. I can truly say, from the time I first stepped into her office at my new patient appointment over a year ago... to the time I spoke to her 2 weeks ago, after surgery, it’s been great. Dr. Norton is amazing! I have seen her many times. Everyone is very welcoming from the minute I walk in. Rachel is very friendly and helpful. Lizette is also very friendly and helpful. She responds right away to any questions I have. And I have a lot of questions. The nurses are friendly and take time to address any concerns. Dr. Norton goes above and beyond. She makes me feel comfortable and that's not easy. She takes time to answer all of my questions and again...I have a lot of questions. She never rushes me. She puts me at ease. Please provide more customer friendly receptionists! Called to schedule an appointment due to hearing great things about this physician. While attempting to schedule my appointment the receptionist asked me about my insurance plan. I informed her of my plan. She then asked me what type of plan it was. I informed of the type. She then asked me what my card said. I asked her what information did she need to know from the card for example the plan name again, the insurance name again, the member number etc? She then said no what does the card say? I then told her it says a lot of things and read everything to her. She then proceeded to tell me all we can do is verify your insurance and you’re looking at a 2-3 week wait for the next appointment. I did not feel like she cared at all and I felt like the tone of voice did not encourage me to wait 2-3 weeks if the service would be as bad as hers! My first time seeing her, friendly and didn’t feel rushed, answered my questions. definitely happy to have found her.

Saw Dr. Norton today for the first time (I'm a new patient) and have been pleased with everything so far. Scheduling my appt was easy, setting up an account on MyChart was easy, the receptionist have always been pleasant to talk to. I received text and email reminders of my upcoming appt. The nurse who did all my preliminary things (weight, blood pressure, etc.) was really nice. Dr. Norton was great, too! Very friendly, personable, thorough, and made sure to listen to any concerns or questions I had. I was in and out in an hour. Happy to be an established patient of her's now!
