Dr.McCardle is the only dentist for me. Very professional, funny and explains thoroughly the entire procedure. Staff is great as well!

They are very profession, clean, and sanitary. The doctor is very kind and caring along with his staff.

I have known Dr. McCardle for more than 20 years. I have known his secretary and most of his staff for an extended period of time. They always greet me with a smile and a kind greeting. His secretary does a great job of scheduling and I have never had a long wait. Dr. McCardle has put together a great team of dedicated professionals. His office is filled with up to date technology and imaging equipment to enhance patient care. I have found being in his dental chair a relaxed experience. He enters the room in a cheerful mood. He is thorough in his work. He recently found a small crack in one of my teeth and I am already scheduled for a filling. Dr. McCardle takes care of dental problems before they become problems. When he found the small crack in my tooth, he said to his hygienist “let’s keep a watch on this one” and gave her a tooth number. He said to me “you probably didn’t know you had that.” I didn’t! Dr. McCardle has a unique ability to explain a procedure to those without medical knowledge in lay terms that anyone can understand. He may talk to his hygienist or to other doctors in medical terms but he is careful to explain to those of us who lack medical knowledge in terms we know. I have been and continue to be impressed by Dr. McCardle’s quality of work, his devotion to his work and by his faith. Very friendly comfortable environment. Lots of fun and very professional at the same time. Dr. McCardle is a perfectionist and always works his best to make everything perfect.

I am pretty old and have had many crowns. I recently went to Dr. McCardle in Headland, Al. and was shocked to see the high-end technology he has in his office. They did an image of the tooth and surrounding area that needed to be crowned and then using a machine similar to a 3-D printer, made a crown while I waited. The process took about 2.5 hours but I didn't have to wear a temporary crown for weeks. You cannot tell by looking which is the crown they produced. It fits perfectly and was much less expensive than any other crown I have ever been fitted with! I highly recommend this group!! I am pretty old and have had many crowns. I just moved out here and I like this dentist a lot. Always prompt service, very friendly and explains everything to me.

My family has used Dr. McCardle for more than twenty five years. He is the best and by far has the best staff. They are the only dentist office for me!

Dr McCardle and his entire staff are very professional and always make our dental experience as pleasant as possible . When an emergency arises they always take good care of us. We highly recommend their services.

I want to start out by saying Dr McCardel is a wonderful dentist. I have been seeing him since I was a teenager. I am 38 and life has gotten busy and I have not seen him as often as I should. However, I called this morning due to chipping a tooth pretty bad. His secretary answered the phone and advised me no available appointments till next year. I said ok anyway he could try to work me in . She said no and I quote" well thats why you should come in more often" like that would have stopped me from chipping a tooth. I understand COVID-19 put the office behind. I work as a COVID-19 nurse and have since the onset I understand but there was no reason to make it seem as I was a burden. I know preventative maintenance can help prevent somethings but to the secretary and you know who you are it wouldn't have stopped that. Well she offered only that I could go somewhere else. Stan I trust you and still do and would have waited or even took her offers to go somewhere else a little better had she not been so rude and short. I am going to see Dandridge dentistry as they offered to work me in. I thank you for all your work on my teeth over the years but I won't be back due to your secretary. Recently became a new patient here. Very friendly staff always welcoming and supper helpful. Very gentle with my teeth and provide superior service to my dentist back in NM. Definitely recommend!!!

Everyone in the office is so nice and so helpful! Dr. McCardle him self is also amazing.. he explains everything he is doing before he does it, which my last dentist didn't do that... he is great with the kids as well.. I am a mother of 4 and the kids say he is by far their favorite dentist, and that they have the best treasure box..lol..I definitely recommend Dr. McCardle :) Everyone in the office is so nice and so helpful! This is one of the dentist i have been to. I will refer him to anyone. Theres always laughter and a great spirit in his office. He makes you loose track that you are at a dentist. The receptionist are always smiling and welcome u in with a smile. Big thanks to all his staff especially Linda. They are the greatest.

We have been going to Dr McCardle for 20+ years and have always been pleased with our care. I just had some major work done that is beyond amazing. I look like a different person. Oh and let’s not forget his staff! They are beyond kind, caring and so considerate. Can’t imagine going anywhere else! Thanks for y’all you do!

Excellent experience. Dr. McCardle and his staff are wonderful people. The office has great technology. I received a crown that they were able to print right there in the office. I got my crown the day I went in rather than having to wait several weeks for it to come from a lab. I will whole-hardheartedly recommend using Dr. McCardle.

Best experience at a dental office!! All of the staff was kind and helpful. The hygienist was informative and thorough. Dr. McCardle is always in a good mood and has a jolly personality.

The most thorough dentist I have ever seen. When I leave there is no question left unanswered.

The office staff are rude and think they are glorified dentists instead of secretaries. Good luck if your filling falls out and leaves a hole in your tooth because you will have to wait a week to get it fixed and deal with the pain until then.

Best dentist in all of Alabama! Ethical, patient, caring and technically the best!
