Dr. Cole is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She listens and is kind in her responses. She does not rush in and out she addresses the concerns and ensures you are comfortable. Excellent physician and team.

Dr Cole is a very thorough and experienced physician in her field. She is compassionate and most of all treat her patients like human beings. Dr Cole performed a nasal surgery that went well. She educated me on the surgery before hand and shared with me the pros and cons of the procedure, she requested I think about it research the procedure for additional knowledge and if I want to continue then she will have her team schedule me. I appreciate her for knowledge and patience and in my opinion she is an excellent physician. Dr Cole is a very thorough and experienced physician in her field. My daughter is now 9yrs old Dr. Coles office keep rescheduling her appointment after waiting 3 months to get in. She keep getting pulled for surgery so they say mean while my daughter is in tears every other day due to ear pain. I’m assuming my daughter will need surgery in order to see dr. Cole. She isn’t concerned with her patients.

Dr. Cole took my surgery on short notice due to the other surgeon falling Ill. Dr. Cole did an amazing job, I'm extremely thankful for the job she and the entire team did. Outstanding professional, great doctor. All visits with Dr. Cole have been extremely pleasant.

I had the worst experience with Dr. Cole. I was having breathing issues from my nose, and a deviated septum. I went to see Dr. Cole about doing a routine Rhynoseptoplasty. I should have known from the consultation to not have had her perform my surgery. She seemed like she was pushing me to a different doctor, and that she did not seem to want me as a patient or help. I went through the surgery after she asked me to move my surgery date three different times. When they asked if I could move it a third time I said no, that I already had the time off for that time slot. After the surgery, I was not able to get ahold of her an entire weekend as I was having severe pain. She also never scheduled a post-surgery appointment, just an appointment to take my stitches out. I was not happy with my results, as my breathing was worse, and one side of my nose collapsed, and one side was way overstuffed with cartilage. My nose looked deformed and my breathing was worse.

She did my sons tonsillectomy. She was fine to us & it went well but she treated the nurse & everyone in the office rudely. Not only was it eye opening to hear how she spoke to them & jarring to listen to her turn around & speak politely to us in the next breath, but unprofessional to speak that way to your staff in front of everyone. By their guarded looks to each other I could tell they were used to it. I felt sorry and embarrassed for them. I later learned this is her normal manner.

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Best I've encountered. Highly recommended. I love visiting a pro! I learned more in 20 minutes than the last two years with my former ENT.

Cannot say enough about the level of service provided. Takes whatever time necessary to address your needs and concerns. Supported by an exceptional staff, she has it covered on every front. Thanks Dr. Cole for all you do.

I was disappointed with Dr. Cole's bedside manner. I called the group looking for the first available appt for a dr to treat a plugged up ear. I was told that there was an opening with Dr. Cole the next morning so I took it. Upon the examination, Dr. Cole seemed disgruntled with the fact that I was able to get an appt so quickly and she made me feel like I was wasting her time with a problem that had only been going on for 10 days. Though she did provide thorough exam, I won't be returning.

She did and amazing job with my son. She made me feel like he was in the right hands and answered all my questions.
