Everyone is friendly and helpful. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and will go over and above to help. They make getting dental work a joy. Even a tooth extraction. :)

Told me that I had a cracked tooth and needed a crown. New dentist never found any such thing. Each member of my family went in for their respective cleaning appointment, and they told them, individually, that they had either a cracked tooth or cavities. Friendly, nice and a professional facility. Always a pleasant experience, however they are at the top tier on my plan. Major dental work is much higher, than my prior dentist.

Dr. Stephanie Greene and her staff are absolutely wonderful! I was a walk-in patient and they took me right away to address my pain. I appreciated how honest and kind she was to me in the situation I found myself in. Since she felt I would be better taken care of with a specialist, her front office coordinator was amazing in helping me set up an appointment with a local endodontist and was able to get me an estimate as well. I can really tell everyone here genuinely cares about their patients, and their dental health! I will definitely return for all of my dental needs!! As a new patient, I was very impressed with my first visit to Greene Family Dentistry. Everyone was very friendly. The office was lovely. The office staff were prepared for my visit - my insurance had been contacted, my previous dentist had been asked for records, and a pre-filled form was waiting for my review. The hygienist was friendly and thorough with her work. The dentist was up beat and professional. We have been going to Greene Family Dentistry since they opened 11 years ago. This is not your typical dental office. You see the same happy faces every time you walk in and it feels like family. They treat you like family too-they explain everything to you before the procedure, go over your treatment plan in detail, including cost, and they are very knowledgeable of insurance and flex-spending accounts. The office provides a wide variety of dental services and lately they have added skin care products and Botox, so you don't need to go to another office for skin treatment. Only great experiences there! Had my first cavity filled and it was quick and painless. They even cleaned my 3 year old little girls teeth and were great with her, she did awesome! The staff are all very accommodating and friendly. Would absolutely recommend to all my friends and family.

This is an incredible dental office. The dentist and clinical staff go above and beyond to listen to your needs and take care of your dental concerns in a comfortable and well equipped setting. I have been a patient since 2005, not long after the practice was opened. This is a great office with a great staff. The office is kept very clean. They are usually ready for me as soon as I walk in. You are greeted by Karen or Suzanne with a smile on their face. You cannot go wrong with either of the hygienist there. They all do such a great job. Dr. Greene and Dr. Blanchard take their time with you. I never feel rushed and they are always happy to answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! RUN! In 2005 Dr. Greene crowned two of my teeth. One crown was not fitting correctly so, to her credit she replaced it. In 2008 another tooth was sensitive and according to her needed a crown as well. She gave me a shot of novocaine and after a few minutes she asked if I was numb. I told her no, however she said let's see and proceeded to drill. YIKES! I pushed her away because I was in PAIN. She told me she could not give me anymore novacaine and that it didn't numb up because I was anxious and I would have to reschedule. I sat there in disbelief-nothing like that had ever happened and it's my fault because I'm anxious?. I went home and googled why the novacaine didn't work and found out that she missed the "pocket" behind the last lower molar. Her error. I never went back. In 2010 the crown that she replaced in 2005 started bothering me. I had recently had a filling so thought it was a bite issue. The dentist I was going to at the time did several bite adjustments however the crown still bothered me. After three years I just couldn't stand the pain and had the crown removed. The true cause of my pain was revealed-the tooth remnant was severely decayed underneath the inferior crown. I was still having issues in the same area so I had the other crown removed. The result was the same, this tooth had decayed as well. Total incompetence. I sent a letter and the pictures of the decayed teeth and asked her to pay for the replacement crowns-that has not happened. Find another dentist. RUN! In 2005 Dr. Greene crowned two of my teeth.
