He is a nice man and a good doctor

Could become above average practice if not for being overwhelmed ie understaffed. *Rescheduling of monthly appts can be confusing (ex. 32- 35 days apart). *Assuming risk of running short (out) of scheduled Maintenance meds is problematic. *Abounding costs for Unspecified lab tests are unexpected & expensive. *Relegation of staff duties within crucial time frames is problematic. Left without information or confirmation Thur-Fri-Sat-Sun and finally Mon presents with a vengeance. Perhaps a case that presents a matter for Egregious. Whether being ignorance ie Ignoring patient’s requests, informing Dr said participating pharmacy being currently (out of stock), that patient (request 3×'s) prescription be called in to a different pharmacy. There's much improvement needed in order to recommend or earn five stars.

He is a pill pusher

I like dr author if it wasn't for him i wouldn't go there at all. Its either they dont know how to call your meds in or email them to a pharmacy. Heven for bid if it isnt life threatening for me but i bet it is for some. Its like come to my work order a sandwich and only get the bread nothing in between. Great doctor and excellent staff

One star is too many!! We’ve had the WORST experience with Dr Arthur’s office and staff!! Our mom was being referred to an oncologist/endocrinologist with possible cancer diagnosis. This started on July 30, 2021. Today, August 13, 2021, l after weeks of phone calls and follow up calls to check in progress, nurse, Brittany, after being rude and condescending on several calls, finally called at 3:00 to report that she finally accomplished a task that should have been taken care of weeks ago!!???????????????? To say that our family is angry, disappointed and frustrated, doesn’t come close! This is just the latest in a long line of mess ups, lack of follow up and definite lack of professionalism we’ve experienced since selecting Dr Arthur as our mom’s primary care in January!! Enough already!! Needless to say we will be choosing a new doctor and facility for her care!!! Please pass this on if you care about your loved one’s well being!!! One star is too many!! Awful…seriously DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My daughter fell very ill at school and I had to pull her out. That same day (Tuesday) I called to have her seen and was told nothing was available for her until a few days later (Thursday) so I kept her out untill then to rest as she had been having persisting issues. When she was finally seen, she was written a school excuse with the wrong dates on it. (Not the days she actually missed.) When I called to have the dates amended, the office refused under the grounds that ("they don't know if she was actually sick leading up to the visit") even though I called and made the appointment IMMEDIATELY. So now we have unexcused absences and the school to deal with and a tarnished record. I will not be returning to this office. Not to mention, soonercare will no longer work with the office. Great Dr's whom really care about you and your health. I would recommend to everybody if you want a Dr. who cares then this is the place for you. Thank you Dr. Arthur and staff.

Dr. Arthur’s has the most sweetest caring disposition I have ever encountered in a doctor. I’m a pain management patient here , and let me tell you if you had a failed surgery like me, it’s not unusual to become depressed with little hope to have a normal life. Dr. Arthur’s gives you tips to take care of yourself because he is invested in YOU. He gives you attainable goals and resources. His staff is just as sweet and very professional. You are taken seriously here, but you have to commit to the doctors wishes and orders, too. It’s a team effort here, he & the staff will take very good care of you, being your advocate. Private pay is $140, far below the average private pay costs in OKC. It’s the worth the drive to me. Dr. Arthur’s has the most sweetest caring disposition I have ever encountered in a doctor.
