Dr. Stephen Andrew Crandall

I never want to see this man in the ER again. I was brought to the ER by family, after getting a migraine at work. I was confused, disorientated and felt like I was going to pass out. Nothing I have ever felt or had with a migraine. Dr Crandall, only treatment was to do a full spectrum of drug screenings. I am far from a candidate for such actions. I do not use, never have, never will!!! I am deeply offended. No inquiry to my actual health was made. Nothing!!

Thank you Dr. Stephen Crandall. You were absolutely amazing to me during my short visit to the ER. You helped me feel much better about my health and my concerns. Thank you again for everything you do.

Sent me home without telling me my MRI showed a menigioma. He saw the MRI and then documented that my MRI was normal.

He does not care of you are in pain, he will deliberately cause more pain. He does not listen, nor does he look at test results fully. He released me from the ER (with complaints of chest pain) after a large mass was seen in a chest x ray, and did not tag the x ray for follow up with my PCP. This mass grew, and for two years I dealt with constant pain when eating. After is was noticed again on a subsequent chest x-ray I had to have surgery, it was found to have occluded my esophagus. Poor care.
