I should start off with the fact that I have severe Dental Anxiety. Up until recently, I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth, and I am 38 years old. I was told by my general dentist that I had to get them all removed before any Endodontist would do a root canal on one tooth that was near my bottom left wisdom tooth. I had a consult at a local oral surgeon and they looked in my mouth and said "Yep, okay schedule her", and they were going to bring me in, put me to sleep and remove all 4 wisdom teeth. Something did not seem right, so I wanted to get a second opinion, so I went to Dr. Stephen English. Dr. English was a god send, not only were my wisdom teeth healthy and did not need to be removed, but we only decided to remove one on the bottom for it was next to a tooth that needed a root canal. He then told me that he was not putting me to sleep, that I did not need to be and that I could even drive home the same day, a lot of people do. I was shocked, and in somewhat disbelief. But he took the time and drew everything out on an x-ray to explain everything to me. About a week later, I was in for my appt. I had laughing gas, a pair of airpods (to drown out the noise, Kenny G was playing to be honest), general anesthesia, and an amazing team. From walking in the office to walking out, I was there for about an hour, and it was awesome! I had zero anxiety during the treatment, zero pain and was comfortable, which shocked me. But Dr. English made sure I was numb and talked to me if I had questions. Here I am about 5 - 1/2 hours later and my jaw is a little sore, but other than that I am good to go! Yall he is AMAZING, I will recommend him to anyone! When you find a good doctor, you just have to brag!

Better yet, he knows all about Roy Rogers horse and he’s a superb oral surgeon!

Great staff. The Dr. is awesome. He explained, elaborated, and asked questions like no other dental professional has before. He truly cared and wanted to know how I ended up in his chair for a tooth extraction. His staff was friendly and welcoming. They explained my insurance circumstances and submitted my paperwork for my reimbursement. 100 out of 10... Thank you all for being Excellent at what you do... Dr. English is an amazing doctor and person. He is very professional and has great bedside manner - I would recommend him to anyone of my family and/or friends!

I have the best ins. you can get FEDVIP, Ins. In need of complicated oral surgery. In my consult with Dr. English, he explained it just wasn't worth his time for what he would be reimbursed for the proceedure. {Never even look in mouth} My time is as valuable as his. The appointment should never have been made if this how he feels. Not to mention, my out of pocket cost for the extra Full panel X-ray taken 300.00. Dr. English is very professional and knowledgeable. He cares about his patients. I would recommend anyone I know to go to him.

I called to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and uncooperative. I tried to make an appointment and she was really rude. The doctor may be wonderful but because of her I took my business elsewhere

Over the last 15 years Dr.English has removed my own and my 2 kids wisdom teeth and I have had extractions and other work done. He and his staff are always professional. He does not rush the visits and takes the time to explain what is going on. Hope he stays in practice for a long time.

An excellent oral surgeon and a very nice man indeed. My experience was a bit daunting to me but Dr. English was first-rate and put me at ease immediately. His surgical skills are marvelous and he excised several bad teeth without complications, efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend.

Dr.English is a caring and wonderful dental surgeon. He corrected a job left poorly by a incompetent dentist.
