Great doc who cares about his patients

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He has the worst bedside manners ever. I scheduled an appointment to get a physical and when I arrived to the office, I sat in the waiting area for over 15 minutes. He then asked what time his next patient was coming. I inquired when I was going to be seen. He brought me to the back wanted to tell me to start taking vitamins without blooming at my blood results and without performing a physical. He tells me I was only slotted for a 15 minute window and when I inquired about how long would a physical take he said about 30-35 minutes. between the 15 minutes I sat in the waiting area and the 15 minutes he talked to me in the office he could’ve performed the physical that I was originally scheduled for. I asked for my script to get mammogram and he wanted to reschedule me for another appointment for a physical. I was very dissatisfied with taking time out to schedule this physical and not being able to get it done. My second bad experience was today to get a doctors note for being sick all week with a bad viral cold. The receptionist, I don’t recall her name; however, she was Caucasian, was very rude and unprofessional drilling me stating that I haven’t been in the drs office in ages when in fact I was just there. I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism as I have in this office. They try to speak to you as if you are a child and actually held the note hostage until I committed to completing a physical that their negligence never performed. I have an issue when people are paid to do a job and want to do the bare minimum and then treat you so uncomfortable. Why would I ever trust my health with someone who does not care about my well being. Dr Margolis is a horrible representation of the trusted doctor that referred me to him after 30 years. Pam and Dr Cooperman are the only professionals in that office. There is no accountability for their actions and then when you react to their rudeness they look at you like you’re doing something wrong. When I am sick the last thing that I want to encounter is rude and unprofessional behavior and to have a doctor yell at me and say “There is nothing I can do for you.” I did not ask to be seen by him because I already knew it was nothing he could do that I wasn’t already doing for the cold. I only needed a note as I missed a week from work due to being ill. He need to consider retiring because his heart is no longer into care for patients and that’s dangerous when you have doctors that just want to “check a box.” I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Will not return.
